It felt like a fight trying to get my ring repaired. The stone was pretty badly scratched up (opal) and I requested it be replaced through the warranty. I dropped it off in November 2022, it came back two weeks later cleaned and polished but with the stone still scratched. When I requested it to be sent back for the stone I was told "I don't see anything wrong with the stone. They reminded me opal is a soft stone and easily scratched." -- which is why I purchased the protection plan. After a few employees looking at my ring, and i pointed out the issues they took it to their microscope, I was told they would send it off but I wouldn't have it by Christmas. I said okay, I didn't need it by Christmas anyway. Fast forward to February 2023, the ring came back with the stone still not replaced. It was the same stone it had in november. It was sent back to home office again. I finally picked it up yesterday (April 2023), and it looks great. I mentioned it taking five months and was told "well it had to go to home office" Two stars because my ring looks good now, but the costumer service was lacking. The last purchase so far was a new wedding ring for my upcoming 50th Wedding Anniversary. We put the ring in lay away two years ago. The payments were made like clockwork, always on time. I wasn't supposed to get my wing until Nov of this year. He talked Mike into giving it to me this past Christmas!! I was outdone, had no idea. Unfortunately we did not find the right ring. We talked to Jim about doing a custom ring which is something really cool that they offer where they help you build it in the store and do a resin design to make sure you like it before actually making it.
