LOFT — Local services in Fairview Heights

I recently went on a much-hated jeans shopping trip. I am 5' 0" and have a curvy figure. I have a terrible time finding jeans that fit me, but I don't like having them hemmed as it tends to change the shape of the leg. After visiting 7 different stores, I landed at the Loft. I was greeted by Victoria who promptly showed me to the Petite section and so very patiently helped me try on nearly 10 different sizes and cuts to figure out what was going to fit best. She was so sweet and understanding. They ended up not having the size I needed in the store, so she helped me order them and had them shipped to my house. I received them yesterday and I have to say: they are amazing! Easily the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn and they actually FIT me!!!! If you are short like me and hate jeans shopping go to the Loft! You won't regret it!

Went to return some items for my wife and the sales lady (tall, thin with short dark hair) gave me a lecture about how the extended window for returns was over and that we should have mailed the stuff back like she did.. blah blah blah. Apparently "the company sent out an email about the dates" which my wife never got. After getting the third degree she finally accepted the return and made it like she was doing me a favor. No wonder why my wife hates going there. She used to work for the company and says it messes with their numbers to do returns in the store so she always orders online and returns there because they have horrible...

I usually visit Loft biweekly, at minimum spending $300 each time. I have never attempted to return anything. However, looking at the entire line of Loft sitting in my closet and realizing there were items I never wore and one item I literally wore one time and a hole developed immediately after washing. I decided to take a few pieces back. The sales associate was incredibly condescending- to the point I took back the items and said forget it. This completely ruined my view of this store and I am not returning. I will happily spend my time and money some place that actually takes a minute to listen to...
