This was our first and only experience at HBH. Cashier was uninformative & awkward(may have been new?) but had a hard time explaining the foods HBH offers. Was given a menu..Argued about the type of sandwich requested, even though cashier was shown what was requested with visual from their own menu....They only had 2 regular options for sides, chips and some type of broccoli..We asked about the sides advertised on the counter, thinking they were just "premium" sides to pay extra for... We had no idea the sides actually came frozen in a box that you are to microwave(Which was horrible btw, we chose cheesy bacon potatoes) to which they ended up microwaving at the store, that took far longer to prepare than the sandwiches ordered. We did say NVM after discovering sides came frozen in a box just before the store associate ripped the box wide open. Sandwhich itself was not good and served cold..would have been nice to have a "served warm" option... ham on sandwich was good, expected as this is HBH after all. This was our first time buying one of their hams! They're delicious! You may call ahead and reserve your order or walk in and purchase. There were samples out to try before choosing. They also sell desserts, turkey breasts, soup mixes, rolls, multiple side dishes and a deli on sight where they make the sandwich of your choice. You may choose Chicken salad, ham salad, ham or turkey. Sooo good. Our ham is perfectly glazed and ready to serve! How easy is that?! They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Worth...

Always premium products, service, and Fantastic food. The hams and turkeys are spectacular! The hams are the specialty of course, with the spiral cut being central to the serving. Bone in, or bone out, they are delicious! All the side dishes are available, as well as desserts and condiments. If you want one of the BEST sandwiches around, with a wonderful environment, then this is your place! This is a Quality food service facility, I can't say enough nice things about it.
