When I arrived (4/20/24) with my girlfriend and her broken bracelet at Jared's, I was already expecting the worse, but what actually happened was I got the very best. I was assisted by Jared's superstar Natasha, she was very polite, very friendly, very professional, and very attentive to my needs, and concerns. She can teach a Master Class on customer service. She was so helpful, and so informative, that she even told me about a special and not only did she get my girl's bracelet replaced (on the spot) but she ended up selling me a diamond (with free mounting) that I happily purchased. She even had the care to ask my girlfriend to have a seat while she walked me over to another location and talked to me, by doing that my girlfriend has no clue that she will be getting a very gorgeous diamond pendant necklace shortly. Natasha covered it all in one visit. I am more satisfied than when I actually made the original purchase of the bracelet, this is very rare....so is Natasha!
I returned on 5/12/24 and Natasha was there, she greeted me with a smile, a handshake and a welcome back friend. I was there to pick up the diamond pendant. She again was so special with her above board customer service. She got me all settled with my diamond pendant, it is just spectacular! She asked me if I was thinking about a necklace, I said I was and that I was shopping around and she said "my friend we have 30% off, so let's just look at some here." I really didn't come in to buy, but yes, it was a great deal and she helped me pick out exactly what the diamond pendant needed. A very nice necklace to complement the diamond pendant, not to take away or to show it up. Read moreI am so upset with this place that I cannot stand it. I went into this store in April to buy wedding bands (getting married in October but we wanted to cross the bands off our list). We had to order my Fiance's ring since his finger was too big and they did that without a problem. Then it came to my wedding band. I have a larger size finger and I found the perfect ring. NOT ONLY did I ask her if it would be able to be sized to my ring size (I am a 10.5 and the ring was a 7). She told me not to worry about sizing it until the week of my wedding so they can clean both of the rings at the same time they get sized correctly. I was skeptical but ended up buying the ring anyway because she kept telling me that they could size it no problem. I decided not to wait until the week of my wedding to size my ring and thank god I didn't. I walk in and ask them and the first thing they say is "there is no way we can size this ring to your size." I seriously was dumbfounded, not only did I just buy a ring that I would not be able to wear but they flat out LIED to me about my ring being sized. I have been a faithful customer spending quite a bit of money here and to be deceived like that made me just so upset. I will never return to this store in fact I cut up my Credit card with this company and plan to never return again.
Update: After talking with a manager I was able to convenience them to exchange my ring for a bigger size but my wedding is in a month and I wouldn't be able to get the size that I need until after my wedding so they are going to order a size 8 and hopefully be able to size it to the right size. I gave them another star just for the older manager that helped me out so much! But I still will not be shopping here since the other employees are just out...
Read moreThe selection here is amazing. Honestly, my experience started off rather negative. I was not greeted when I walked in. And after staring at rings for quite some time, and being passed up by 2 employees who never offered to assist me (no they were not assisting anyone else at the time) I was finally approached by the manager Trish. She was friendly. But the real reason I am giving this place 5 stars was the unbelievable customer service I received from an Employee named Josh. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me find the right engagement ring. He was beyond friendly and made me feel comfortable. He made sure that even when he made suggestions he would constantly make sure that it was along the lines of something that I wanted. He never forced anything on me and was very patient with me. He worked with me for about an hour and a half to find the right ring. He seemed to genuinely care. He also told me that he had proposed about a year ago and that he knew how much anxiety can come with it, and that I should not rush and take my time. He is the reason that I will be returning to this store for all my Jewelry needs and is the only person there that I will do business with. Trish as well, but from what I could gather she doesn't necessarily do a lot of selling, she seemed rather busy with paper work so I really appreciated her approaching me.
