My fiance bought me a $300 gift certificate from there about a year ago. I made a few purchases with it and saved the rest for another time. I went back almost a year after to use the rest and the owner couldnt find the gift certificate information in her log books. She pretty much accused my fiance of stealing the gift certificate from the front counter. I was told that she would look into it in case it was one of her employees that didn't log something properly and that she would get back to me about it. I still made the purchase of clothing with my own money thinking that she was going to make this right, so why not still make this purchase. So I followed up with her several times a month later like she asked, and she just blew me off and never got back to me. She clearly had no intentions in making this right at all.
