Muhammad was not helpful at all, made me reorder a WiFi extender, which took 1.5hrs with Verizon customer service, JUST TO NIT HAVE WIFI EXTENDERS AT THE STORE. I waited that whole time at the store and finally gave home my order number just for him to tell me “someone got the last one 30 minutes ago” which is a LIE because I was outside the WHOLE TIME and NO ONE CAME OUT WITH AN EXTENDER. So if you like wasted time and lies, come here :) no wonder the reviews are so bad. Hope this location goes out of business

Pretty sad service here. Two guys literally are sitting there and doing nothing both times I have been here. The first time they had trouble finding my ticket number and suggested I call Verizon again to get a “real” number even though I showed them the confirmation to pick up the router. It turned out all they had to do was enter my phone number and they found it. When I came back to return my old router they were sitting there doing nothing. They told me the system hasn’t been working for days and there was nothing they could do to take the router. They did not even try the system to see if it was working and they offered one suggestion which was to go to a different...

I purchased three Verizon lines and two new devices from this store. However, when I received my bill, I realized that the staff had misinformed me about the cost of the phone, as well as about extra charges and fees. The employees are inexperienced and unable to explain things clearly. One employee, Mohammad Siddiqui, didn’t seem fully informed and constantly had to ask his colleague Abin, who also couldn’t provide clear answers, even though I spent 2,5 hours there asking detailed questions.
