Have been coming here about 3x a week for the past few months after a poor guest service experience through Qdoba. Generally, positive results, except tonight. The staff had forgot to place Guacomole (Paid extra for) on my Fiance's bowl. Not a big deal, so I called back the store hoping to get it refunded. After explaining what had happened to the MGR on duty Berco? (Berto?) He said that their policy was not to refund things over the phone or online. I had paid online for the order and had already drove in to pick it up. After asking again if he could refund it as I didn't want to drive back simply to get cash, he gave me attitude about it only being $2. He acknowledged the 'morning crew' didn't make enough guac, but I would have expected the team members to tell me that upon arrival and then a refund could have taken place while I was IN THE STORE. The attitude in the phone call was pathetic. It's not the dollar amount that was the issue, it's the fact that I have to drive back there again after not being notified the first time and getting disgusting attitude on the phone when just looking for a refund. Thought this was a great option to Qdoba, but after a horrible attitude, I don't believe I will return. Accidents and mistakes happen, but own up and learn not to give your customers attitude. There should also be an online refund action where customers shouldn't have to drive back in for your staff's mistakes, then deal with a snotty manager with a...
Read moreJust visited the Fargo ND 13th Ave restaurant. We ordered double wrapped burritos. When the lady behind the counter went to wrap our burritos the fillings were squeezing out, I kindly suggested that in the past they just offset the bottom tortilla to help with wrapping. The young lady (somewhat heavier with long hair) was confused and asked this other smaller lady (appeared to maybe be management, had a longer sleeve shirt on that was more professional looking) for help. The management looking lady asked what the issue was and I told her, "in the past they have found that offsetting the bottom tortilla helps." She was so beyond rude we walked away. She asked me if I wanted to go back there and wrap it myself. I told her, knowing that that's a food safety issue (I'm a food service manager with regular food safety training), "no, im just trying to help." She looked right at me, "then let her do her job." At that moment we decided to forego Pancheros and went elsewhere. I feel bad that food waste was created, but there was no way I was letting my son, who at 14 just started working in my restaurant, see that treating customers that way was okay. Some serious job coaching needed in the Fargo store. We live an hour away and it's normally our go-to in Fargo that the entire family can agree on, will be hard pressed to ever return. I'm almost sick that someone could be okay talking to a...
Read moreI usually love this place and the food but the last few times the employees have acted like they were annoyed they had to help me. It’s seems very unorganized and messy. It took me 15 minutes to order and pay. They ran out of pork so she had to go to the back to get more. She sends a different employee up front with a wire masher with pork on it to throw on my tacos. I had to ask 5 times for a side of rice. They had a mess up quesadilla sitting on the counter that was put there right when I got there and instead of grabbing the quesadilla on the grill the first girl made me she was going to give me the mess up quesadilla that she had opened and looked at to see what it was and that had been sitting there for 15 minutes. She seemed upset that I wanted the fresh one on the grill and not the mess up on the counter. I had tacos, quesadilla, large soda, and 3 sides of sauces and was not offered or given a bag. The soda machine was out of ice. The counter tops were very dirty. This whole experience makes me sad cause I have always loved this place but this time was just a mess. I don’t like walking into a place of business where I’m spending my money and feeling like...
