Office Depot — Local services in Fargo

Asking for membership status when it is not needed, it is slightly annoying when the membership status isn't really worth much but is insisted upon, I know wallmart does the same thing but there rewards program isnt something to write home about. As For taking down my review i find reasonably Legit eh we will see but here we go. Office Max is an okay if you don't mind paying an extra dollar for supplies. Or waiting in line for 15 min, perhaps a slight over exaggeration. Even so for a store that sells basic office supplies you wouldn't think it would take so long to check you out. I wouldn't go to this store for computer information or to purchase one myself the computer selection is tiny and the information about the computer is less so. The employees don't really seem to be doing anything because several times i was there i was not offered help people just seemed to stand around and talk. i stand by my reviews I can be a bit Cut Throat but i hope to touch upon points where stores can improve upon themselves. It is a clean well-organized store with properly attired friendly people working there. I came in, was given a courteous greeting, I proceeded to where I needed to go. I picked it up then as I walked around for impulse buying an associate asked if i needed to find something. She directed me to the area I needed to go. I looked for something very unique then gave up. As I walked through the store again looking, I was again approached and asked if there was anything else they could use assistance with. I told the associate what that specific swivel pen holder item was just too specialized. She was honest, said the store does not carry that specialized of an item. But suggested a nearby craft store that had exactly that specialized swivel pen holder in their FIY craft area. That is service I...

Store was clean, organized & well marked, easy to find the products I needed for such a big store. The staff was amazing, very prompt & helpful. I was greeted immediately as I walk in the door & was directed to the area I needed, the associate not only directed another to help me in that area but told me about the current promotions, which saved me a bundle of cash. I love their rewards program! I got a great deal on paper & the toner I needed! They even carried out & loaded my cases paper for me, now that's 5 star service. I always shop at the Fargo OfficeMax & they have alway been top notch when it comes to their customers & the service they provide.
