Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Farmington

I have done business with Aaron's for years! I've been a great customer but they have ruined that here in Farmington New Mexico! I will blast this store everywhere!. My daughter recently got her own 1st house and went to AARON'S for a couch! They claim it's brand new but is full of BEDBUGS! I called and spoke to thier young unprofessional manager Morgan who from the beginning refused to listen right away saying the bugs are in the house! My daughter landlord also went down to Aaron's to give them proof of the inspection and exterminator prior to them moving in! I've been into AARON'S plenty of times and have seen customer sitting on the couches so even if they are brand new it can happen that bugs were transferred to them! I'm am so upset over this and as great a of a customer that I have been! I will never do any business with you guys again! I will be contacting any and every one until this...

Very freaken unprofessional! My dad talked to Chris and made arrangements about his payment this morning. Well they send their people to the house and my mother let's them know that they will be right over. THESE GUYS TALKING ON THE PHONE TELLS THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE ABOUT HIS BUSINESS OF THE RESTROOM!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT!! COULD OF TOLD THEM HE WAS BUSY AND BE OVER AFTER! I was so excited to get a bigger size tv 75 inch, I agreed to be back in the next day and even called the day of to let them know I was still interested so they could get paperwork done upon arriving the sales person told me he had sold the tv already I was so disappointed he told me he was having another one delivered from another store but I have things to do and this was my only day I made time from work so I told him Nevermind ..
