Athleta — Local services in Farmington

Love Athleta but pretty annoyed with the service at this location. I went in to exchange a GIFT to get a different size. I did explain this when I went in. They didn't have that size in stock. Logically they should have just let me exchange it for something else in the store but she said she would have to order them online and have them shipped. Is this really the rule they have? You can't exchange gifts that dont fit? She then proceeded to return them and debit back the card. Then she needed the card back to buy them again. Remember that these were a gift and I didn't have the card? She saw I was frustrated and didn't try and fix it at all. Will be going to a different location always...
