Quality Appliance came to our rescue,

We bought matching appliances from a national big box store, and had a bad experience with the gas range giving off high carbon monoxide levels, and the big box store and the manufacturer kept pointing the finger at us stating it was our gas pressure - it took over 3 months to return the gas range and get our money back, even after we had the gas company tested the gas pressure. We were without a working gas range for over 3 months - the big box store and the range manufacturer didn’t seem to care?

We then went on the hunt for a new range, not sure if we should buy new or scratch and dent, as we didn’t know if it we would have a similar experience and problems with carbon monoxide.

When we arrived at Quality Appliances in Farmington NM, and explained the situation to Chris, Daniel, and Ray , the most noticeable thing they did was listen to our experience with the big box store. They also showed us the gas pressure they use to do service in their shop, and when we decided on the Thor gas range , they even hooked it up and tested it for us to make sure it was at least working in their shop before we mad the 80 mile trip back home.

We now are pleased to have a wonderful gas range that is working flawlessly, thanks to the staff at Quality Appliances.

I would highly recommend them , as they were no pressure sales, and made an excellent product recommendation for our application. Their entire staff were helpful, courteous, and understanding.

Have lived in Executive housing the last 10 years and the next stop is unfinished. We really didn't want to go to the "big box" stores because they generally sell crappy off brand Chinese stuff. We stopped at Quality Appliance because breakfast was across the street. A great selection, including some "scratch and dent" products, which was great because who cares what your dryer looks like? The best part was we were able to pay for it over several months. The staff is great, likely because it's a family business. Go ahead and buy from Lowes, then borrow a truck and load it yourself. I wish I could give Quality Appliance 6 stars.... I have purchased every appliance I have bought for 25 to 30 years... would not shop anywhere else for appliances. I’m always treated like I am their number one favorite customer, every single time.. but this time they went above and beyond and got my refrigerator from Whirlpool replaced completely.
