I came into station park lulu lemon under the impression that they had a lifetime warranty on the leggings. I asked for the quality reassurance when my dog bit a large hole in my leggings. The assistant manager starts with “Let me educate you..” which I did, indeed not understand the policy and I knew asking for them to be replaced was probably not going to happen (but I thought I’d try). But the issue was the tone and condescending attitude she gave me and kept repeated that she was “ so glad to educate me” like I was dumb. If that was all, I would have left the store and not complained despite the awful costumer service I already received.
But my husband needed to return some bran new pants (NOT WORN- tried on once) I had bought him less than 30 days prior. She looked up my account and examined the pants and smartly remarked “interesting there is already lint in the pockets”. We try to find the correct size for my husband but they didn’t have them. So when we asked for a refund the assistant manager already put it on a gift card and went on her lunch. The associate told me that I had retagged the pants and they can no longer give me my money back. I DID NOT RETAG THE PANTS and she never gave me a chance to tell her that I bought those “incorrect tagged pants” from HER location so that is on them, not me. The associate didn’t want to go against the assistant manager so we left.

Read moreThis review is in regards to customer service at the Farmington location for Lululemon. We are frequent customers at Lululemon, and this company prides itself in a lifetime warranty. We brought a running jacket in for repair. Even though only slightly worn, the zipper had disintegrated and in addition, there were roughly 9 separate places where stitches had come loose.... We were completely fine with repair rather than return. However it turns out that the zipper for the purple jacket was not going to be available to be replaced in the same color.
I inquired if we would have the option of a new jacket, as they were not able to restore the jacket to its original condition. This is where my frustration with the service started. There was no attempt or effort to even discuss that. I was told that if the jacket was older than one year that that wasn’t an option. When inquiring whether this was the company rule, there was was only a vague reply. (I later inquired with headquarters and it is not a company rule but rather an individual store policy). The lack of willingness to even discuss an exchange of a jacket that was completely flawed was frustrating for such a large company that prides itself in their quality of products and customer service. This is very different from other companies like Outdoor research that will take care of the customers for life. Maybe headquarters may want to consider having a more uniform policy on customer service regarding things like that. I will not continue to buy...
Read moreI ordered a pair of leggings during the black Friday sale and they already started to pill (I don't dry them or anything) so i called before Christmas to discuss the quality assurance guarantee and the girl i spoke with was really kind and said they would be happy to exchange them but asked if wouldn't mind waiting until after the holiday season, which of course no problem.
I went in last night and was met with the most rude employee. She told me "I will do this for you now, but don't think we will do this again. She also told me she "wouldn't recommend the leggings i picked because my legs clearly rub together and that's where the problem lies." She point blank told me "going forward we will not fix this issue for you". Her entire demeanor was that i was there strictly to annoy her. The employee was an older woman with bright red hair.
