Station Park Barbers — Local services in Farmington

Chance is by far the best barber I have ever had cut my hair in my entire life, and likely one of the best in the entire Salt Lake Valley metro area. Paired with a very affordable rate for a haircut, I cannot recommend going to Chance for a haircut enough.

I moved to Utah from out of state several years ago, and was nervous to find a new barber since I trusted my old one from home. I searched "best barbershop SLC" and was lucky enough to find the old shop he worked at years ago. I went in, requested my normal cut, which involved some clipper work and just a simple "two off the top and front." Chance gave me--without a doubt--the best haircut I had ever received in my entire life.

When I asked him exactly what he did (because it looked better than my old haircuts), he said he just "gave me a cut that would naturally look best with your head shape and face." He is an absolute master of his craft and knows exactly what type of cut and shaping should be applied to service any person's head and face shape, as well as their specific requests. He does almost all scissor cut (at least when he works on me), which makes the haircut look much better than simple clipper work.

He has moved through multiple of the highest end barbershops in Salt Lake, and I have followed him each time. This location is his own business and I will be exclusively getting my hair cut here for as long as I live in this state.

In addition to being the best barber I have ever met, he is also an extremely interesting and cool guy, very easy to talk to while he's working, and easy going/fun...

Sam is one of the best barbers I've been to. I lived in DC for about 10 years and went to the same barber the entire time. When I got to Utah, I tried a few barbers but it wasn't until I sat in Sam's chair that I knew I found my barber.

I usually have a vision for my cut, but I see a barber as an artist. I trust Sam’s ability to take what I say, my vision, and turn it into her own masterpiece. Or, if I want to try something new, I let her run with it. Trust me, she will deliver.

The other thing is that she’s really giving you her best the entire haircut. Whether it’s a hot towel, massage, or sculpting your beard. Consistency in a barber is huge for me. Again Sam delivers. The way I feel when I look in the mirror after her cut, translates into confidence, which translates into elevating my outputs...

I recenty discovered Station Park Barbers and I am very pleased that I did. The shop is comfortable, pleasant and very convenient for me living in Farmington. Samantha is awesome, she did an excellent job on my hair and was able to make my beard actually look like a beard should (I was pretty scruffy, believe me). Overall I couldn't be more happy with the service. The Best in the West package is a great way to get cleaned up nice and enjoy a very pleasant and relaxing trip to the barber.
