I had such an incredible experience today at Warby Parker Farmington station. The store was absolutely immaculate and as I entered I was immediately greeted with warmth. As someone who wears glasses due to a severe stigmatism, it’s always hard to find people who understand and can provide relevant advice when shopping for spectacles . Craig not only listened to my concerns about my aging eyes, but gave me sound advice as far as next steps for the overall care of the . He was so genuine and kind in his concern he made me feel like family encouraging me with quiet urgency “we only have one pair of eyes, we need to take care of them.” Due to this positive experience Warby and Parker at Farmington Station will be the ONLY place where I shop for glasses. The clean environment, infectious energy of the employees, and attention and knowledge demonstrated by their personnel along with the store’s wide variety styles and colors makes this unique experience one to look forward to again. I was a bit hesitant to come and shop here, it seemed a bit too extravagant, I usually just buy cheap shades from Amazon or Walmart (I don't need prescriptions). But I had a friend recommend them to me and so I came to check them out. I'm a truck driver and so I got a pair of polarized shades and they are above and beyond much better than any bargain bin pair I've ever bought. I didn't really think that polarized lenses differed that much, but I didn't know how much my cheap pair of shades actually sucked until I tried these new ones from Warby Parker.

They are a bit more spendy, but they are clearly worth every penny and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find a pair of frames and lenses that suited me, fit well and were very comfortable, something that I cannot say for a cheap pair from anywhere else.
