Manila Sunrise Store and Gourmet — Local services in Farmington

Remember those 1990s Toys R Us/Nickelodeon sweepstakes where a kid fills their cart with unlimited stuff? We did that at Manila Sunrise for my wife’s birthday! She had 2 minutes to grab as many delicious Asian groceries as possible. Some family and friends watched online.

The store was soooo nice and made it really special even though I gave them hardly any notice :). They played techno happy birthday on the speakers and gave us their new bubble tea flavors to try—it was ridiculously good. I could see another store being annoyed by our antics, but they just had fun with it and made us feel so welcome.

This is a fantastic Little Store and restaurant for Farmington New Mexico! The menu changes occasionally but you can try a sampling of many Filipino dishes, all very friendly to the American palate. I highly recommend the beef stew and the spicy sweet meatballs. The staff are very friendly and willing to take time in answering your your questions. Good food, for a small selection of hot food. Many choices for flavors for their boba which is really nice. Very small dining area had only 2 tables. Store inside was pretty big had lots of items to buy. Even though their hot food selection was very small it was soo good, ate every last bite of their pancit. Their pancit had a little bit of sauce to it and it was just absolutely delicous. I highly recommend their food and boba....
