One star is mainly for Xfinity as a whole and not being able to resolve something after they said they could resolve it, but pointing out this store because after I returned equipment, they didn't clarify that I could keep the Storm Ready Wi-Fi feature (that was bought because a tech kept coming out every two months to try and fix the internet and he suggested we get it DO NOT GET IT IT DOES NOT WORK AND IS APPARENTLY NOT EVEN XFINITY'S SO YOU DON'T GET REFUNDED AND ARE OUT 200 BUCKS). This resulted in months of going back and forth with agents across the globe, all of them saying they could help take it off billing, until one was honest and finally confirmed they couldn't. Read moreAfter a SUPER FRUSTRATING 2 hours last night with the 1-800 line, (took me a half bottle of wine to calm down) I happened on to the actual brick and mortor store at Station Park. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! 30 minutes later, Carson and the store manager completely understood the problem with our billing and worked hard to get the problem resolved. HUGE relief, plus Carson quoted me an amazing deal on swithching our cell service and saving $100 a month. I couldn't be more pleased and impressed. Read moreI went into Xfinity and was helped by an employee named Spike. Not only does he have a cool name and rad hair; he was extremely kind, respectful and helpful. He worked diligently to make sure that I was taken care of; answered all my questions I had (he didn't make me feel embarrassed by my dumb questions, because I’m sure some of them were dumb lol) and was eager to help if I had anything else I may need help with other than what I had come to the store for.
