I give this store a one star rating because their entire staff (minus the cute gal at the register with the blue nails, she was the only friendly and nice one!) was completely racist and discriminating. I went shopping with my two daughters and my two nieces, just having a girls day of shopping and hanging out.
As soon as we walked in the girl in the front was dead serious, she couldn’t hide her emotions even if she wanted to and immediately looked at us as if we were trash. She immediately sent 2 other staff members to keep an eye on us the entire time we were there. I worked retail in my younger days and I know what they do when they see someone and instantly discriminate against, specially cause we’re all Latinas.

Read moreComplete lack of customer service and overall very dirty store. It had been a while since I shopped in store so I had high expectations and hoping to get some help/recommendations. I went in on a Sunday and not a single person spoke to me the whole time i shopped and tried things on. I found someone and asked if she could check me out and she gave and attitude and rolled her eyes and said okay and walked me to the register but then she started walking away so I followed her. She proceeded to take over the transaction someone was doing on a standalone register and sent that person to check me out with no communication to me.
The fitting room chairs were DISGUSTING. Something you’d see disposed at a dumpster. There were multiple bras that looked clearly used with stained deodorant marks and hair all over. Read moreA little frustrated with this store. Spent a good amount of time picking out what I wanted and was told I qualified for a free gift with purchase cooler bag for spending over $30. I then (tried) to use my Angel Reward and credit card for payment. It scanned perfectly and showed correct total, but the sales associate called her manager and they said that basically it was too good of a deal to accept. Like really? Do you know how much money I had to spend to earn that reward?! An obscene amount. I chatted with customer service tonight online and they confirmed that my purchase was eligible for the free gift and that my angel reward was considered a method of payment.
