I will do a complete edit of this location after my next visit. Panda Corporate reached out and responded in a very customer focus way. Although my jury is still out on food till next time . There is no doubt in the Corporate customer focus I have seen. Hello, I am not one to usually say much, but as a service industry person myself, I found I am over providers excuses for their mistakes and not doing something to rectify it immediately. This was the third time out of four online orders incorrect. Ordered online today,11:30 pick up,notes in note section about sauces. Went to pickup at 11:30 and was told it would be an eight min wait for 4th spring roll I had ordered. I said np and reminded drive thru guy about the teryiak and sweet and sour sauce, he said np. After 15 min wait, twice the time, I was told, was brought order. Drove home to not only find that I was still short the 1 spring roll and no sweet and sour sauce, but that half my food was now cold, probably because it took 15 mins to cook 1 spring roll that I did not get. Called store and was told I could come back but who is going to drive 30 mins for 1 spring roll??? Then asked for credit and was told, sorry, since I online ordered, the store could not give me credit and I would have to contact the email I was sent. I have yet to hear back on credit for missing item, cold food and inconvenience from order, I FULLY expect credit for the missing spring roll right away on my account.
I have made it back. I tried to twice before but the website had problems. However, I am very happy to say that Panda Express was back to its excellent quality food that I remember from the years I have been going. Thank you Panda Express for reviving the great...

I've gone in the middle of the day and they've literally had nothing on the menu and a jerk taking my order, I've had my debit card thrown at me out of the window and laughed at when it goes under my car literally have to back out so I can get it So then today I go in order teriyaki chicken drive all the way home and low and behold no teriyaki sauce Pregnant wife not Letting it go ...she wants teriyaki... so I call down explain my situation They tell me to come on down will remake a new meal the right way Mind you it's a 20 minute drive But happy wife happy life so I get my behind back in the car and drive down there ...sooooo I get down there and they won't replace my meal Toss a pack Teriyaki sauce leaking through window and slam the window..... No apology ........ It's took everything in my power not to go show my a$$... But my father raised a better man than that... I can't even say enough about the food it was. Terrible They had a bunch of empty stuff. They didn't have no green beans, which is what I really love. I love green beans with some chicken.
