Beautiful store and display of good from West Virginia. I like how there is variety here and also store to store in Fayetteville. I wish this was my bedroom. They have the setup and displays on point in my opinion. It’s really appealing visually and each spot offers some new aesthetic to take in. Good apparel and plenty of trinkets for a memory of your trip or just do all of your Christmas shopping here. There is something here for everyone. The antler hooks are a nice display touch also. One of the best local goods stores I have ever been to. Great selection of wonderfully designed apparel, artwork, stickers, etc. There is also a nice mix of other cool items that encourage spending more time outdoors - cool flashlights, mini fireplaces, books, etc. My whole family found items for purchase, and we had to limit ourselves so we didn’t buy half the store!

The owner was great. He altered his hours so we could come in and shop and also added in some extras for our purchase.

This place was an outdoor enthusiast and Appalachian lover’s dream!!! I looked up places to visit in Fayetteville and as soon as I saw the Lost Appalachia website I knew I had to visit. The store front and all the cool merchandise exceeded my expectations - I was like a giant kid in a candy store. So many neat designs (on the softest clothes ever!!!), unique gifts, books, stickers, posters, and more. The cherry on top was how pleasant, kind, and helpful the owner was!
