Cashier has little experience taking orders and lack customer service. Doesn't listen well! For seniors it's not who you want service them. Asked for a whopper jr meal medium and a impossible burger. They took it as to meals. My father's older and don't like to go back and forth with unfriendly people. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. Note we were the only 2 in the line and another couple at a table. They had a mobile order waiting at their table. 5 staff members were working this establishment. 2 cooks a manager and 2 cashiers. That's if I'm correct. While we were waiting for order witnessed a cashier tell a customer picking up a mobile order who's phone was dying ( you need to wait it only me) all while she wasn't doing anything standing need to his order. 2 older gentlemen had came in to order and they and she had taken 1 of their orders. The other was trying to decide what he wanted. The young man with the mobile order phone died while waiting to give her a confirmation code. She told him I can't do nothing without it. He waited at least 15 minutes while ate for someone who I believe dropped him off to come back. Luck they had a tablet for him to pull up his code for her. Food had to be cold from sitting out. I get it not her fault but the attitude in her voice wasn't necessary. She could have given him a fresh order as well. Don't know how much scam goes on at this location or their situations but the customer service isn't present here. The business seem to be a clean and well taken care of place. I called Thursday because I had gotten ILL from eating Burger King the night before. I figured I would call just to let them know, as one would normally do, and this h**fer got an attitude and spoke over me to insist that their food is "always cooked to temperature". I had to stop her several times to remind her that I wasn't upset, as she was aggressively defensive, but wanted to let them know there could be some issues with perhaps the food handling the night before. Again, she insisted they cook their food "to temp" with a disgusting attitude.
I think the Department of Health & Human Services would be elated to know a restaurant manager is unaware of the risk of poor food handling procedures that have directly resulted in a consumer becoming ill. She would have known the incredibly basic concept of food handling is equally important to "cooking food to temperature" if she held any ServSafe certifications, but clearly that’s not her forte.
Considering the location and the attitude radiating from this building, I guess I shouldn't be surprised they can't handle food safely (which is their legal obligation).
Anyways, I wouldn't recommend anyone order from here. I wouldn't put it past someone with a bad attitude, bad customer service skills, and poor communication skills to neglect to hold their employees to ServSafe and legal standards. Seems...
Read moreI visited this location today as I do quite frequently. I always use the mobile app to order to save time. Today I pulled up to the drive thru & say there for several minutes with no response from the drive thru speaker. I pulled around to the 1st window, no one was there, pulled to the 2nd window and a young lady by the name of “Simone” was standing there leaned up against the window on her cell phone. I asked her why she didn’t answer the drive thru and she replied “ because you didn’t ring the button”. I told her I didn’t notice a button at the drive thru and informed her that she had a long line of cars waiting. A young man then approached the window, I informed him of my mobile order and he walked off. Simone then proceeded to make her a drink at the fountain, all while still on her phone. Like I stated earlier, I use the mobile app for convenience & to save time, so spending almost 15 minutes today in a drive thru for an order that I place before I even arrived is unacceptable. Please do better with the staff you hire cause clearly they don’t care about customer satisfaction and cell phones should not be allowed on the floor while working.
