I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I ordered an office chair in the store at Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville. There was not on in stock so the salesperson said that it would be shipped to me the following day. It was. Unfortunately the box arrived obviously having been opened and reclosed. I figured out why when I looked and the contents and found no hardware nor manual for assembling. That is not the worst part, I called to and was expected to lug it back to the store. When I told them I did not feel that was the appropriate way to handle Office Depot's mistake, they offered to pick the chair up and replace if I would be available from 7:30 until 5. I explained that I was employed. They offered to call me when they were coming so that I could meet them. So far so good. It began to be apparent that they were not coming and not calling. It seems they were not able to get the chair I ordered in so they just were going to keep me waiting all day without telling me. I finally talked to a manager who told me it was alright to leave the box on my porch for UPS if I could get it ready for shipping. This turned into a really bad experience. I never plan to shop...

First I went to the staples a cross the street from office depot they didn't want to help me, she rulely said I had to leave all my important documents there and pick it up later, I do not stay in Fayetteville n.c. plus I had over 100 important copies I needed now not later, so I ask her is there another place I can go to she said they have a office depot across the street, when I first went into office depot they greeted me, then I walked over where they do the copies, I ask how much are the copies Ms. Madison said .25 cents, I ask her can she copies over 100 pages right now, Ms. Madison said sure, she helped me, she made sure everything was correct before I left and she was patient with me, from top of my heart I will like to thank you Ms. Madison you are the best and may God bless you, thank you when I left office depot to go home all I keep saying thank you, thank you, thank you she blessed me and I will never forget her thank you Ms. Madison I appreciate everything you help me with. Read moreIf I could give zero stars... The whole store need training on customer service... Trying to buy office furniture they have wrong price on the furniture I wanted. They told me someone switched the prices around and showed me another desk that was supposedly that price... I don't think customers are changing price tags around. I think the employees don't know where to properly place the price tag and then management is no any better tells me that bc the price was marked incorrectly I can't get it for that oripe i have been to other locations and something was marked incorrectly and the customer gets it for the proce it was marked for... Left store without furniture wanted and went on line and found it for sale not the price I the store but it was better than charging me full price like they were in the store and charge me for delivery too on line it's free and the manager told us there was a delivery fee... Never go back to this store if my life depended on it... Poor...
