Iāve been coming to this target for forever. I stopped coming in so regularly because I kept seeing the older man working and the way he interacted with me and other guests have put me off. Heās grabbed items out of my hand at checkout even though Iām fully capable of setting it on the conveyor and even with Covid not as much of a threat I donāt like touching people I donāt know, he grabs my hands and itās disgusting. Iām deeply disturbed by this man. He seemingly doesnāt shower either based on how his hair looks and how he smells most of the time when you get close with him. I believe his name was Anthony or actin or Anton. Iāve also heard a few off comments heās made to employees that have put me off and Iāve heard him talk badly about customers. I really hope this man isnāt a manger or have any form of power in the store. They should switch his department to something in the back room. Away from people.
Every other employee is great and helps me find my things I really love when I come in and see my favorite staff shining and smiling. The people that work in electronics always are patient with me and help me figure out things I donāt know, the people in food never daily to treat me with kindness when I canāt find an item, when I need to do a return I always know Iām in good hands, if I want a coffee the Starbucks employees always help me out and make me feel comfortable with not knowing all the lingo.
This target was so good, and has just gone down hill with staffing. The remodel doesnāt even bother me, I understand target is expanding. But I will go out of my way to shop at other stores if it means not seeing that one creepy guy.
A word of advice, he should switch shampoos and get better clothing. Also shave...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt think itās fair or right that your employees have to man both the self checkout section in addition to the returns station. This area has always been understaffed, I hope (but I doubt) that these employees are being paid higher for having to split their attention between two sections that are constantly busy. Iād like to hope this isnāt the store managerās doing, but rather the problem stems from even higher up. I still want to express disappointment though.
Target, you need more staff or you need to pay the staff you do have higher for their efforts in doing work that should be otherwise split between more people. Trying to squeeze more work out of fewer workers isnāt the way to treat human beings while your CEO makes over 1mil each month off their backs. Self checkout is supposed to be fast but it isnāt since these poor employees are expected to balance and maintain two busy sections yet always manage to be helpful and polite despite all that they have to do every hour of their shifts.
Aisles are always packed with large items splitting the aisle into two very thin aisles, shopping carts full of items yet to be stocked all over the place, itās very hard to navigate the store without slamming into something or someone. Price tags arenāt in the right spot or up at all. This isnāt staff laziness as I see them all constantly running around doing multiple tasks whenever Iām here.
What Iām really saying is, you need more staff and you need to spend the effort training your staff so that your workers can comfortably manage their tasks. Treat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey had just stocked a Target Exclusive Pop Figure that I had been searching for since it was announced, there were about 15 of them and the man stocking them handed it directly to me. I price checked it and it rang up for $8.99, but when I took it to the register they refused to sell it to me because it was stocked before itās release date. I understand tht, but they shouldnāt have stocked them in the first place and should pay closer attention to putting items, especially Target Exclusive collectors items on shelf before they can be sold. Iām espcially confused because Iāve seen other collectors already have the exact same Pop I was trying to buy in their collections. Odd. Overall, Iām extememely upset with how Target handled the situation even though I understand their reasoning. This situation could have also been easily avoided if they would have checked the street date before stocking their shelves. This isnāt the first time theyāve stocked things before release either, as Iāve had this same experience at this Target 3 times now. I donāt usually leave reviews at all, but this situation really upset me, as I did not think I would be able to get this figure because I thought I would be at school at the time of their release, and we donāt have a Target in my college town. I was very excited and was carrying it through the whole store, and was shattered when they told me I couldnāt buy it. Iām very...
