Starbucks — Restaurant in Fayetteville

My experience at this Starbucks every single time has been extremely poor, the most recent was my final straw.

Somehow they are always “closed” at least an hour earlier than the posted time (9:00pm). I went to the counter to redeem a cup for stars at 8:15pm, and the employee who was still there just washing a few things at the front said “We are closed, but you can go buy that at the register, though.” Can’t redeem stars at the register 🤷 as a service worker myself, I would never deny somebody who wasn’t even requesting that they actually make anything, I just wanted to buy the cup. Especially an hour before closing lol.

The coffee I have managed to actually order here also always tastes burnt and is way below the quality of any other real...

I was here on 7/24 probably around 7-8pm. The kid working was amazing. Poor guy, i asked him for 5 Frappuccinos and couldn't even tip him due to store policy. I know these drinks are a pain to make because they make such a mess. I had a bunch of kids with me and one ordered a drink she thought would be good but didn't like it. The guy working made her a different drink so she wouldn't be the only one that didn't enjoy her drink. Would 100% recommend this location. I didn't catch this guys name but he was AWESOME!! He made sure we had an amazing experience and he needs to be commended on his efforts. I am going to write to target as well because this poor kid deserved a tip and store policy prevented him...

Coffee was good. Only thing was the guy working behind the counter walked off as myself and another customer came up and he left us standing there for about 7 minutes while he slowly walked around in the back and looked at the schedule and then came to serve us. Was slow making our drinks. Really thought he didn't care about being there or about...
