We went on a date night recently to Noodles here in Fayetteville and it was such a good experience! The food was amazing! We got the chicken Parmesan vodka sauce and the spinach artichoke chicken pasta both were SO GOOD! The bread and oil with Italian seasoning was also delicious. It was nice to find a good Italian restaurant local. We normally only eat Italian food at home because it’s hard to come by good Italian food. But the great experience didn’t stop there, the host at the front was so sweet and friendly! She said she normally serves but was called in on her day off to host and she had such a great attitude! Our server was friendly, attentive, recommended food to us, and very accommodating. I can’t remember his name, I was to say Chris was his name. The servers do this fun little thing where they right their name upside down on the table! Overall we will be back!

This was our 1st visit here and it was amazing! Did have a 30 min wait for a table at 6pm but it was worth the wait. Food was served in huge portions and it all was delicious. We got the fried ravioli app and a Greek side salad. For dinner we got the kids meatball sliders and the kids pasta and salmon with butter pasta and chicken parm with vodka sauce. Every single thing was devoured. If I wouldn't have been so full I would have ordered dessert. Only reason for 4 stars was the service was a little slow but he was nice and knowledgeable just busy and preoccupied. And the whole restaurant was very DUSTY. Everything else seemed clean but you could see the dust hanging off the exit signs, window frames, and random fishing line hanging down by the entrance was coated in thick dust. It was gross. Hope they do a good cleaning soon. We definitely want to come back soon!

Like this place wish I can love it, small lags make a huge impact on a plate and taste. The bread before our place it is soft it does seem fresh out of a bag BUT I believe warm could be 10xs better. The tomatoes that they put of top of the ravioli plate it makes the taste better but it does need to be smaller size and spread in and out of the pasta itself in my opinion the chunks look horrible and lack of work. The Alfredo sauce it was veryyy plain to watery even if we asked to be put with parmesan cheese it didn’t work the lasagne was delish. The mozzarella sticks was chef kiss delish. Need to try more plates but so far the bacon spinach ravioli was my favorite most tasty one of all and with the other note I asked it with extra sauce so that helped.

STAY AWAY. this is the worst restaurant in northwest arkansas.

i’ve never written a review before ever, so this has definitely been a horrible experience for me and my family for me to even be writing this.

i went in to eat with my family on 12/16 around 3:30/4 pm. it wasn’t too busy or anything for a saturday either, especially being graduation weekend. also, i’ve worked in the restaurant industry for the past 7 years so i am extremely understanding, having experienced it all before. anyways, after sitting down at the table, our server blatantly was avoiding us. he was looking at us and walking away from us any time we tried to talk to him. we asked the host who our server was and she pointed at him and he just went and hid in the back. when he finally came back after about 10-15 minutes, he was rude and snarky to us, and made us feel very rushed. he also made sure to not tell us his name, but he was a taller man with short red/brown hair and a beard. we all ordered, and then waited for our food. having driven over 9 hours to be there to celebrate a graduation, we were very hungry. he comes out and throws everything down on the table and didn’t even put my order in and then made me feel like it was my fault. on top of that, when he brought out my food, everyone else was already finished eating and then my order was completely wrong. i asked for it to be taken off the bill because i was no longer interested in eating there, and he became argumentative about it. management at noodles also knew of the issue and they did nothing but laugh at us when we left the restaurant. as a manager at a different restaurant, i was horrified by the actions of all the staff at noodles.

this is BY FAR the WORST restaurant i have ever been to. i will never be back and if you’re reading this i highly suggest going anywhere else. fayetteville is full of great restaurants, noodles is not...

The first time I came here was pre-covid. I have been here many times since. Each time I come back it feels as if the restaraunt falls into further decline.

To start with the good: I like the service, I like that I can draw on the table paper, and I like the food I usually order. The food I tend to stick with is the chicken rigatoni and the tiramasu.

Aside from that' many other things I have tried have been not so good. The steak, salads and lasagna have all been very much lacking in quality when I have ordered them. Even the chicken in my chicken rigatoni has been hit or miss in quality sometimes being kinda dry and chewy.

In addition to food quality I also feel some dishes are a bit off the mark in terms of quantity. Today I got some tiramasu to go and it seems to be a bit smaller than normal. The mushroom ravioli I think should have more mushroom ravioli, it's supplemented by a bed of linguine beneath it and I don't beleive the quality is great enough to justity acting as if it's unreasonable to serve the guest a bowl of just more mushroom ravioli.

Concerning the restaurant I tend to like the atmosphere. I previously highlighted the fact that you can draw on the table papers. I like the overall vibe of the place. My family and I on a previous visit tried to sit outside but I guess it's reserved for events or something now? This seems like a disappointing waste to me, the outside area is a nice, more quiet and shaded area and I don't love that I will seemingly not have the opportunity any longer to take advantage of it.

I hope to see this restaurant I keep in my rotation and care for halt it's decline and get back on a path to glory. In the meantime I am obliged to dial back the frequency of my visits to save myself the...

This is possibly one of the worst Italian restaurants in Fayetteville. I was very excited to try based on the glowing recommendations some friends have given. But, sadly everything was below lackluster from service, to ambience, to the food. The service was at best inconsistent. Frequently our table was left for long periods of time without drinks after ordering. I know some wait is to be expected because we weren’t the only people in the restaurant, we we a table of six with only three other tables occupied. Many of the dishes ordered were also forgotten but remained on the bill, the wait staff did remedy this after we brought it to their attention. The food was very forgettable. Some of our friends enjoyed plain spaghetti and meat sauce. But when more complicated menu items were ordered (without any alterations kind you) the result was pitiful food. I ordered the salmon pasta which is a typical dish of an Italian restaurant, but what treated me was inedible. The salmon was so dry and over cooked i could not eat it without drinking water. The appetizers were good but nothing to write home about. My friend requested bread and the waiter told her, without being asked, probably five times that it was on the way but it never came. Also, the drink service was pitiful. Several at our table ordered a drink, went to the bathroom, came back and waited 15 minutes before they were brought over. This was after we had seen them sitting in the bar window. Now i know this might seem overly critical, but all we wanted was adequate service and above mediocre Italian food. There were not outlandish orders made at our table. There were no adjustment to menu items. The cooking and service was simply very poor. Will not...
