I made a takeout order on DoorDash for this place to try it out as I have had this place bookmarked from when they first opened. I got the shrimp and pork mandu and it took only a couple minutes for me to come pick it up. As I entered, no one really greeted me and it wasn't until I started walking to the counter that I saw two employees sitting behind the cashier. I didn't even see them until they stood up. I didn't receive any greetings or anything but just a curt, "Pick up?" and I told them it was a DoorDash order. They just promptly gave me my bag and didn't say much else.

The inside is can easily seat a couple tables of four or less but they also have a huge table in the middle with several chairs on a very long table. There is a lack of decorations and they have several big screens just depicting some of their menu items but nothing else to really note.

The mandu was great though! The dipping sauce was delicious with the dumplings and I love the amount of ingredients inside the mandu. It was definitely worth the price. I don't know if I'll be back though as they are very overpriced in their entrees. I know I do want to try Gogi on the Go (their sister brand) which is served here on Mondays through Thursdays, but the service was very unwelcoming...

I had huge expectations for this place and have visited all 3 menu changes. So... I ordered a monster combo with fries, a 20.00 before tax and tip. This meal was an utter disappointment from the beginning. This thing comes out and looks like it was just born and not a monster yet, maybe 5 inches, but definitely not a monster. Not pqcked loose and soft. I try to stay positive and take a bite, which seems to be rice with korean spicy pork sauce. At my 3rd bite, I start to see and taste a little bit of the meat that seems of good quality but yet only teased. As I kept going, I faced the reality that I ordered spicy pork flavored rice with lettuce and a little bit of rice. Pork itself is not that expensive. I know they can do better. As for ratio. 60% rice, 10% pork and 40 % lettuce, and all sauce. Not how I would want it. But at this point, I will never return. I did not give a one star because the flavor of the meat itself was good and good quality. Honestly, this is 5.00 meal. The pictures are my 3rd bite...

This place is easily the best new restaurant in federal way by far! Probably in the south end. We’ve eaten here 3 times and everything we’ve tried has been as if it came from your Korean Grandmother. We’ve tried many things on these visits. I just can’t rave enuff about the quality of the ingredients. Everything is truly as fine as I’ve had anywhere. Every dish we’ve ordered comes artistically plated. This place is truly amazing. There are other mandu places in federal way. They’re good. This one blows them all away. They’re also doing it far differently than the other spots. I eat a lot of Korean food. This is hands down the best. Seen here are: Bulgoki, spicy hand made dumpling with Buldak sauce, and some ridiculously addictive kimchi fries. Fabulous!!!! Portions are large and everything is super fresh and made right when u order it. You just can’t go wrong...

Only one server but he was attentive. The atmosphere could be better, white walls and really bright lights, don't remember hearing any music. Tables seemed crammed in there. Going in at 12 only a hour after they opened they were getting busy fast it seemed but we were sat down immediately. The food was delicious and we will def be back. Korean fried chicken wings were crispy even while smothered with a delicious sweet and spicy sauce. We also ordered corn cheese mandu and the bulgolgi dumplings. Would eat those again but also would want to give everything on their menu a shot. So overall I did give 5 stars, just because I wouldn't dox a restaurant for atmosphere unless it was gross or something. They are new so maybe they will change it up in there eventually.
