The C!ty Depot, Fenton Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Fenton

Do NOT buy from this “fake” dispensary. First off, they don’t sell real marijuana. And, the VERY FIRST THING I ASKED THE ASSOCIATES was is this the same marijuana that Kind Goods sells and they said unequivocally “YES”! Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth! I spent close to $50 on fake flower, and fake gummies. I asked them, once again, BEFORE purchasing, if what they sold was equivalent to what other dispensaries such as Kind Goods or Beyond Hello sells. They said YES!

So, I get home, only to find out that what this sham “dispensary” sells is classified as “recreational cannabis” and NOT medicinal cannabis! I called the store and asked to speak to a manager about my grievances. I told him I was lied to MULTIPLE TIMES and that I wanted my money back and that I would bring them the items I purchased in and that I expected my money back. He told me he would not, nor could not give me a refund nor any credit (which I would not use in a store that lied to me upfront). The biggest mistake I made was believing any of those people working there.

This store is a fraud and I will do everything in my power to get the word out there that this “dispensary” doesn’t have an ounce of integrity, credibility, or decency!

I am also contacting my bank and putting in a fraud complaint with this store.

Word to the wise … do your research before you buy any type of product from a company that claims they sell the real thing! You have been warned, potential customers, you have been warned....

Lied to multiple times, was not provided receipt, or accurate, HONEST responses. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!!! How dare you push your “veteran” owned business and take advantage of a fellow Marine for $200 of worthless products. Infuriated and disgusted with the whole experience. I want a refund and you need to be clear and honest that this is only Delta/Hemp not real marijuana with THC. Despicable especially the day before Christmas. 😡🤬 ALSO, sold EXPIRED EDIBLES

Update: Based on my many reviews, your attack on my character for only posting because it was negative is completely false. Your employee was NOT honest, and yet it’s my fault that your apparently “educated” employees blatantly LIE just to make a sale. Pathetic, Unacceptable, Unethical, & Unprofessional behavior from a person representing your veteran owned company. Accountability and integrity should be your top priorities… Maybe don’t be so condescending in your...

I am visiting from Gulf Shores, Alabama, (non legal state) and I just wanted to walk in to see what it was like. Walking in, it smells like pure Heaven in there. With no intention of buying just yet, but to ask questions... I still walked out with 2 things. The staff is so friendly & knowledgeable and they care about what is best for YOU, but will also take the time to accurately answer your questions with a complete understanding and knowledge from the few questions they ask (activity level desired when product is used, etc). I may only be in town for a week, but I WILL be visiting them again. NEVER thought I'd see the day I could legally buy what I want in a shop in my hometown of Fenton, MO.
