I have been to the Fenton location many times and just wanted to say how helpful the employees are. I have been working on a kitchen for over a year, plans changed and there have been many bumps in the road, but Abby has been there to help me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to help me with any issues I am having. I orginally started with a different designer which is why I had some issues...I sure wish I would have had Abby from the start.

And then there is Al! I have had the pleasure of speaking with him many times as well and he is always very friendly and willing to give me advise on whatever project I am doing.

We ordered kitchen cabinets on 4/24/21 they gave us an ETA of arrival for 3-4 weeks, the very first week of ordered we called to make sure the order was placed so we can start count the time, the 3rd week we call to see if they had an estimate arrival and they said they will have an update for us soon (never did) at week 4 we called no one seemed to find our order and told us will call us back with an update passed 2 days no one called (3rd attempt and came to find out that the order was never placed and now I will have to wait 4-5 more weeks and my kitchen is pre-prep for construction with a signed contract for rwmodelation...

I used to love to shop at Hoods. Today I went in to buy flooring. The young man who helped me did NOT social distance. No employees had masks or gloves on. When asked the reason they where not social distancing they just said the boss did not make them. I asked the manager why they where not adhering to any of the recommended social distancing. He stated it was above his head and said he did not care if he got anyone sick., This is appalling...
