lori+lulu — Local services in Fernandina Beach

lori + lulu was a precious and timesaving discovery for me. No longer do I need to scour multiple retailers to find beautiful clothing, lori + lulu does the “hunting” for me. I have lived in and visited most major cities in the U.S., and by far, this boutique is my favorite. It has the most amazing collection of stunning, unique, and comfortable clothing that I have ever seen. Soft cottons, gorgeous silks, …you try them on and feel like you’ve just had a massage. Every time I have been in there - which is frequently I'm afraid - I have found the staff to be sweet and friendly, always providing "Nordstrom level" attentiveness, offering suggestions, finding different sizes and colors, pulling coordinating clothing, etc. If you are looking for really, really pretty clothing that is luxurious and makes you feel beautiful: GO visit this place and bring your friends. It's a fun experience and you won't walk out...

So blessed to have happened Upon this store, and wonderful, kind/hearted and knowledgeable Gabby and Michelle! Truth is: I haven't been able to find special, fun and elegant clothes that fit me for sometime... I think I tried on 70% of every garment I liked. Meaning, I was actually able to make beautiful choices knowing there was a good chance that they'd fit i instead of assuming it'd be another depressing shopping experience because my body isn't in the best shape these days... Life. 🙄😔😇 They also sell comfy, stylish Capri and ankle length pants to go with their exceptional selection of gorgeous, boho-beachy, loose fitting designer tops that seem to make everyone look good! Found a few things on sale too...Also, they have an extensive dress selection (beautiful fabrics) for day and evening-- Laid back...

Nice clothing yet pricey.

I found a few nice items but one happened to be ripped and I had not noticed until I got home. I made a courtesy call shortly after it had been purchased to give them a heads up I would be returning it. The woman on the phone was cordial and understanding, but when I went to return it the next morning the women in the shop questioned me, made we wait while she inspected it over and over, pulling other people in for their opinions, and just could not fathom how this was purchased with a rip(like it was my fault!). Her speculation was rude and just plain insulting. I would not return here, solely based on her accusations that I would attempt to gain something from this purchase. How about trying to inspect your clothing before you put an expensive tag on it...
