I came into this store in September of 2020 and bought an October birthsign pendant necklace on a leather rope, which I absolutely fell in love with. It became a personal talisman to me and I've worn it every day since. Unfortunately, yesterday it broke, but I called the store and was met with the same fantastic, quality service I received when I first shopped there nearly 2 years ago. The lady I spoke with was so much help, she was very friendly, and she was going to help me make a purchase remotely and ship it to me, which I appreciate greatly, as I'd grown very attached to that necklace. Unfortunately, they haven't been able to get any in stock, but nonetheless, she took my name and number in case they do.

The bottom line is you will encounter excellent, friendly, caring service from the moment you walk through the door that extends years into the future, not to mention exquisite, quality jewelry that you will fall in love with, that I'm convinced carries genuine blessing and good luck. I hope to have the privelage of doing business with them...

I had bought a diffuser from this store and just after I had left I sat down on a bench. After that I had left it on the bench and did not realize I had left it. I went back later realizing that I had left it and it was gone, I asked multiple stores near by and no one said that they had seen it. I looked around frantically everywhere and still no sign. Then I went it to this store to see if they recognized it and brought it back to the store, and the women that was at the cashier that checked me out said no one had brought it back. I left to break the news to my parents and still I had no sight of it. After that I went back to the store to see if it had been brought back shortly after I left. And the woman still said no, after that she had got another one and bought it for me. I was so happy because I really wanted the diffuser and the fact that she felt bad for me and she was nice enough to do that for me. I wanted to let management or owners know that we had a wonderful experience in your store today. The sales lady was so nice and helpful on Sunday. She took the time to find the perfect hat for me and located several variety from the back room for me to choose from. My husband also purchased a beautiful Irish Wool Zipped Up sweater as well. She helped us located the perfect size for him and give a very detailed instructions on its care. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but I wanted to acknowledge her professionalism and her kind assistance.
