I cannot praise the staff at this place enough! Although we are Florida natives, every year I take my husband to a new destination to celebrate his birthday in August. This time, we selected Amelia Island. I reserved a day rental for two e-bikes for us to explore the area. Since we were considering buying e-bikes, what better way to test them out than spending a day with them. Unfortunately, it rained almost the entire day, but we managed to ride on some bike trails with the e-bikes until one of the pedals came off. Not a major issue, so we returned. However, we loved the e-bikes so much that we decided to inquire about purchasing two of them. Although our original salesperson was not available when we returned, Rusty provided exceptional assistance! The staff treated us like lifelong friends from the moment we rented the bikes, which left a lasting impression on us. Rusty went above and beyond by contacting the owner to address the issue we faced, making our experience even more memorable. Even if you are not planning to buy from them, we highly recommend trying out their rentals. It's not only enjoyable but also enhances the overall experience. Stopped by to see what services might be done to my motorcycle on island and was pleased to be met in the parking lot by Mark, who was a informative and friendly as could be. I'll be bringing my bike to him to mount tires and for performance mods.

One of my son's brought his new-to-him motorcycle for tires and a drive chain, was treated as if he was big money, and was loaned a golf cart to drive until the work was finished a few hours later. Mark inspected the bike and suggested a couple of minor maintenance chores, and didn't try to upsell. He told me to bring my other son's used Honda for a checkup, which is scheduled. Update: A few months further on, and all three of us have had our bikes serviced by the Road Shark crew,(they replaced the blown fork seals on the mentioned Honda along with tire and chain replacement) and I also bought a used e-bike in great shape at a great price. We'll be...

This is the only place to go in Nassau County for all your scooter sales & service needs. I recently broke down for the 1st time on my 10-year old Vespa LX-150 and pushed my scooter to their shop. I thought my battery had just gone dead. Scott, the owner, had his mechanic check it out immediately, but it was more than a dead battery, so I left it there to be repaired. Scott advised me that all I needed to do was call him, when I broke down, and he would have picked me up with his pickup truck & trailer, "FREE" of charge. So I left my scooter there to be repaired and Scott was more than happy to give me a ride home. Upon picking it up, he gave me a bill for only $79.95, which included cleaning and tuning the carb, draining the gas tank and refilling it with some fresh fuel, replacing a couple vacuum lines, and charging the battery back up. This is a friendly, honest, and reasonably priced establishment to do business with. In my 12-years living on Amelia Island, there are only 2 other businesses I can make that same claim about, O'Neil's Automotive and Robinsons Jewelers. Thanks...
