Carlos and Christy are amazing. I had a family heirloom handkerchief that I needed to get embroiled for a wedding gift and they spent about 2 hours with me making sure the font and color of thread used made it perfect. I was beyond thrilled with the results!! Their level of customer service was off the chart and they truly aim to please. I would highly recommend them for any embroidery or monogramming needs. I have had numerous things embroidered and some heat press things as well. Carlos always does quality work and takes time to deliver a great quality product for reasonable prices. I recommend him to anyone needing a gift or something customized with that personal detail.
