KFC — Restaurant in Firestone

I'm updating this review cuz the service was no longer good and the food was really bad ,

I went on October 24th and got three combo meals, the one my nephew had had hair in the chicken and in the mashed potatoes told him to throw it out, not eat it, my meal the fries were like a rock. Literally chicken tenders were dry like they were sitting out for a while, ask the dude did I want biscuits in each one of those meals and he said he fixed it no problem and when I'm standing there checking the order before I left the restaurant there was no biscuits in there. No surprise, and when I told someone that I wanted biscuits they're like you have to pay for them. And I was like I wanted to meal with the biscuits minus the drink. The dude that took the order was not totally there. Kind of clueless, I finally did pay for the two extra biscuits that were missing. That was the only good thing in the meal literally and when I called back and spoke to the manager on duty I don't think he was all there either. He wanted to replace the food and I was like I will live too far. I'm not coming back there I just wanted a refund and he would not do it over the phone even though I had the receipt and the order number. I must go back and get my $20 back, when you pay $20 for three meals and the move food is not good. I am not going to pay for crap food. I will not be going back to this restaurant after I get my refund today. The new chicken tenders with the original KFC seasoning are just bad. I would not...

Normally go through the drive through.... Wish I would have never went to dine in. Gross. Nobody was eating in the dining room & we couldn't find a clean table anywhere. Had to clean our own table while 6 people we're behind the counter. NOT busy (Have pics. Of them too.. but chose not to post.. however owner may want to know). OR not... Maybe that is the problem!!!. Couldn't decide if I wanted ice tea or lemonade until I saw the dispenser & decided on the soda machine since the ice tea bin was stained, sticky & had dust on the top..looked like it was never cleaned (made me wonder what the inside looked like :-P ) there were dirty dish rags on the trash can & one on a table.. crumbs on every table , hair & napkins on the floor & under the trash cans..If the part that the patrons are able to see look like this imagine the kitchen area where they prepare your food. For a new restaurant, looks like it is dirty & old inside already. The 2 stars instead of 0 stars is only because the food is usually fresh & hot & the employees seem nice (though they don't care if you have a clean...

Drive Thru I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Sleepy at the window had a slow time responding but finally said pull up to the window. I arrive to the window and this little young man was so stoned out of his mind he couldn't even speak as his droopy eylids were hanging down to his cheeks. I asked him if he was High, he said "Yes, can you tell" I said "Yes, you're barely conscious". He said "I can function". I called the manager, and the manager is out of town this week. Folks, this is our youth. This is the people handling & preparing your food. You can bet he is not the only stoned guy in the building who can care less about being professional and working with the public. These are the people counting your change back, and the girl on the phone said....."I can't help what they do on their break". No more restaurants for me. I threw my sandwiches in the trash and...
