Extremely disappointed in my visits here. I had originally gone in for tires on a Friday and have had nothing but car issues since. I had had no issues with my car besides a flat tire. Went in Friday, service was quick and I even said that was really quick and was told it’s Friday the staff is ready to get out of here too. Went to drive off and my tire light was still on, and tire pressure was saying it was low, I pulled back in turned the car on and off and than a staff member came out and I had mentioned what was going on and was told it’ll go away. I didn’t drive the car all weekend and only drove to and from work Monday-Wednesday. And Thursday morning when I was driving my car completely freaked out and started beeping saying all this things were wrong. Took the car to be Checked and they had told us that they messed up a sensor while changing our tire. Took it back to firestone and was told that they would fix it but now I also needed a new battery, granted they had checked it Friday and on the paper it said the battery was fine. We bought the new battery anyway. And as soon as driving off for a min all lights came on again. We were told to take it to the dealership. I got a voicemail sat from them stating that if it was something they did they would fix it. Took the car in Monday and it was a sensor along where the tire is that had been Messed up and was causing all these other issues. They had said it was most likely caused when my tires were changed. Called firestone and of course they stated it was not there fault but offered “discounts” . Because it wasn’t enough proof for them. Clearly we do not trust them to do anything on our Car so of course here we are paying even more money to get things fixed. New tires, new battery and now the sensor. I really wish I wouldn’t have taken my car here, granted the tires were more expensive than other places we had checked and now had to deal with all these other problems. They clearly do not All know what they are doing and don’t have the right training. Don’t waste your...
Read moreVery disappointed with the Firestone Facilities as a whole not only the one I currently go to for my tire service as I thought it would behoove me to purchase the tire rotation and balancing for the longevity of the life of both sets of tires I have on two separate vehicles. At first purchase of the tire set I placed on my 1997 Honda Civic a large dent was placed on the quarter panel and noone assumed responsibility. First disappointment. Secondly I purchased a second set of tires on my 2012 Nissan Titan never had an issue until this point was told by a 3rd party that TPMS sensors would have to be replaced as my ECU was unable to communicate with said sensors. Moved forward and replaced all sensors to find out from the technician saying that there was nothing wrong with the sensors but new ones were replaced anyways with no communication to me at that point. Still having issues with the vehicle,I took it to a Nissan dealership where they corrected any issues of communication with the ECU they then asked if I wanted to reset the TPMS sensors and I told them I had already payed for the service thru Firestone. So I would have them address the issue of resetting the sensors . I walked in after coming from the Dealership made an appt for the following Saturday went in to only be notified they could still not reset the sensors and then was asked why did I not have the dealership correct the issue as Firestone was the facility that performed the work. Disappointment #2 unfortunately not sure if would ever continue getting any type of service from Firestone. I had an assumption that instead of giving reasons why something can't get completed and charging the client why wouldn't Firestone take responsibility for thier actions?? Truelly Dissapointed which Firestone as a whole not just the Facility I've utilized since they have opened but also the one located in...
Read moreLast summer, I took my vehicle to get an alignment at this location before a cross-country road trip. After the service was performed, the individual at the front desk told me he had an inexperienced tech do the work and that I should bring it back the following week when the expert tech would be there. I was leaving before then, so that was not possible. I experienced some major alignment issues on the trip but managed to triage them to get home.
Fast forward to this year, I decided to overhaul the trucks suspension and replace shocks, upper control arms, tie rods, and lower ball joints. After replacing all the parts, I scheduled an appointment and took time off work to get the alignment.
I show up right on time and see the alignment bay is open, and there is only one car in one of the other bays. I walk in to be told I need to drop the truck off and that it's going to be a long time, probably days. I mentioned that is why I waited 5 days to come in for an appointment, but I am told they can probably get to it over the weekend or next week. Guy says they have staffing issues.
If they could not honor an appointment, I would have appreciated a phone call before I wasted time and gas and took time off work.
After two bad experiences with this vehicle, along with some very poor customer service, I'm finished with this location.
They can probably change oil and overcharge for tires proficiently, but I would stay away when it comes to...
