I love burger king whole heartedly but this one establishment is a train wreck. my partner and I went through the drive through this morning and had the most difficult experience with the drive through employee. she had us pull around before we even ordered because she couldnt hear us and shes new so she didnt know about the deals or anything, which is alright. it wasn't until we went back around to actually order our food that it became irritating. she said hello and we responded, telling her we just needed a minute, then when we called out to make the order which didn't even take us a minute to decide, she helped 2 other people who were in line after us, seemigly ignoring us. when we got to the window she went over our order and forgot one of our sandwiches, so we cleared up the mistake, told her it's one more sandwich, and she went to fix the order. we've already been at the drive through for 30 minutes total while it's not busy, no lunch rush or crazy lines which was ridiculous but I understand being new so we tried to be patient. after maybe another 5 minutes she gives us our order, asked if it was all in there and it wasn't. once again we had to correct her and she looked at my partner as if she was lying about there being a sandwich missing but surprise surprise she looks in the bag and it's true. we finally get our other sandwich, go home and sit down to eat our food and when we pull the food out of the bag the sandwiches are half smooshed, my partners whopper had mayo and ketchup on there despite politely asking for none of it to be on there and also gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich.
overall, this place needs to do better. train your staff better, don't give out flattened burgers, make the food correctly and fix your system for the drive through. I'm sure people are tired of going there and nobody can hear the order to which ends up giving them...

When I got home I realized that they didn’t put In our fries so I called to let them know and the lady for whatever reason argued with me about how many fries I had ordered. Which didn’t matter because I didn’t get any lol. She then started talking to someone in the store and hung up on me. When I called back she just continued to put me on hold without even speaking with me. I figured maybe they were busy so I gave it an hour and tried to call back, another lady answered the phone and I asked for the manager. The manager got on the phone and I explained to her that I had come through earlier and I was hung up on. She told me that I’m lying and that no one hung up on me. When I told her that I promise I was hung up on she just put me back on hold. So while i was on hold I decided to just stay on the phone and drive over there since no one wanted to speak with me. Go figure as I got there they hung up on me again. I went inside and asked for the manager she told me she didn’t hang up on me. I asked her why she wasn’t on the phone and she said because she laid it down. She then proceeded to call me a liar to my face and refused to speak to me any further. Read moreBad! Bad! Bad! They do not even deserve one star. This is why I boycott this company! I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. No tomato, I am allergic. So I started eating it. There was so little lettuce and plenty of sauce. At first chicken seemed ok, then as I got closer to the bottom, chicken is gone. So 2 to 3 bites at the end is honey mustard maybe a tiny bit of lettuce, no chicken, and of course we all love eating the plain tortilla. So I went to the manager and complained. He said I should have brought it back. So I am supposed to bring back the end of the wrap with barely anything in it, after I bit into it and discovered it. Oh, that’s class!
