We purchased a fifth wheel from this place , drove total 20 hours to get there , I gave 4 stars because Kevin Harris I believe was his name was amazing ! Helped the process smooth answered all my questions and I had a lot about the financial part . We had 2 dogs and super patient with them. Great to work with . The service department was also amazing , canât remember name but think itâs Christopher But donât quote me on that, helped put the hitch in was super knowledgeable and the sales department was also amazing. The only person who I felt need some extra educational support, and needs to be super knowledgeable and helpful, especially when you are charged a decent amount of money for this part was last name â cookâ doing the walk through. Had barely any experience or knowledge on the fifth wheel, knowing where important things are , yes, knowing anything else, not really but going off the check list, important though, especially for first time buyers . Thank goodness I YouTubed before getting there , even showing her where some of the thing where located at on this. This is just a leaning process for everyone not a personal attack. Iâm sure she will improve over time. Recommendation or things can work on or improve for Mrs cook ( hope my pronouns are correct if not I apologize) smile first , great team has great team members, I think she didnât like my dogs, a lot of campers are dog people , second you have a lot of different brand trailers if you donât know the walk though your going , do a five minute refresher before someone comes cause they know or want to know and may have a lot of questions and keeps customers happy, knowledge is always the key to success. This is not to hurt your business cause I think itâs great but to help future walk through . And 3rd by the time we brought it back one ac unit didnât work plus half out electrical System, very costly to fix. We knew what we bought , itâs the hidden stuff you donât see or someone does not tell you and my understanding every trailer gets a â walk through â so that part is confusing. Just ask a lot of questions on your trailers itâs ok. New and used. So again Kevin you were amazing and this doesnât mean I wouldnât send people your way cause I would ! I think your great !    Read moreI purchased my RV from general rv the day they took over the longmont location. They SD they went thru my rv but during the walk thru the tanks were still full. And I paid $1600 for protective coating that supposedly would protect my rv for 5 years I should have nothing to worry about. That was June 18 2025 it's now Aug 27th I have left multiple messages for service with no response. So today I called to speak to a sales manager "Ryan" I explained I noticed a wet spot in my rv and after last night's rain I'm sure my roof is leaking. He started being condescending from the start about this is the 1st I've contacted them and who knows where I have had the rv. If I wanted to drive it over 200 miles to them they would look at it, but I would probably be stuck paying for any repairs. This is all based on the responses I could tell Ryan wasn't trying to help or consider maybe they missed something. DO NOT buy from them they will talk you into fake services and protection that they are just lining their pockets with. We were so impressed with their service and quick turnaround that we really wanted to use them for our next camper purchase, specifically this location. Unfortunately, they did not have the specific model we were looking for, but they did at their Arizona branch. After contacting the branch in Arizona and working through all of the purchasing details, the unit was shipped to Colorado. The unit arrived later that planned and Jaime, the sales manager asked if we could reschedule our pickup date because they wanted to go through it themselves and make sure there weren't any surprises. The unit was in great condition upon pickup. Super clean. Ready to go. This was a big difference from our last purchase at CW.
