Extremely disappointed since our last visit here a couple of days ago was amazing. Food was quick, correct (for the most part) and it is extremely clean and the workers were pleasant. Stopped in again today and BOY was that a mistake.
Took over 15 minutes to get my food. In that time, the two people before me both got their orders wrong and waited for corrected food.
The staff virtually ignored everyone in the lobby. They hid behind the kitchen so they didn't have to speak to anyone. After 10 minutes of waiting, a gal walked by and I tried to talk to her to ask about my missing food. (A soft taco and some chips). She literally ignored me and walked to the front door and tried to open them (to make sure they are working I suppose). As she was walking back, she continue to ignore me. I finally said to her, "Oh, I guess you aren't talking to me, huh?" She stopped and lost it. She kept talking over me and telling me that she hates having people working with her that are not trained. I explained that I was missing a soft taco and some chips. She said they were fixing food. I explained that I saw that they were fixing food. It just happens to not be MY food. This is food being fixed for the drive through and ignoring the lobby patrons. She told me to stop yelling at her because she was a minor. She actually tried to pull the "I'm a little kid" card. I asked to speak to a manager then. She said she was the manager. I calmly looked at her and said, "You are the manager, you are not a minor. You are in control and the one in charge." She said "I'm only 17". UGH! Then complained about the workers not being trained.
She angrily told me that should could give me a refund and I could go eat somewhere else. I said that was fine. She asked for the receipt but of course, I used the self-serve machine and didn't have it. - - ABSOLUTELY GET A RECEIPT - It will have your order number on it and time you placed the order for proof! GET A RECEIPT!
She then turned around and in Spanish said she was done talking with me. I replied in Spanish that it was fine and we could talk in Spanish if she needed to do that. She realized I spoke Spanish as well so she walked behind the kitchen stoves/walls and wouldn't come out.
A different employee brought me a taco (crunch not soft) and some chips. I said thank you and asked for the managers name - he said he was new and didn't know it. I asked him to go get her and send her out so I could have her name or he could simply ask her for it. He went back behind the kitchen stuff and just kept making food and ignoring me.
If this 17 year old is your MANAGER, she needs to learn how to handle a stressful situation better. I told her to take a breath, relax, she was doing a great job. All we needed was a soft taco and chips. Instead of just turning around and grabbing one - like a 3 second job!!!, she was just out of control with not knowing what to do.
They were doing their best. They were getting every single order wrong. They need to slow down, verify the order before they send it out, and greet/speak with the customers. Show SOME customer service. They all (obviously) need training but especially your 17 year old manager that considers herself a minor. That is not the maturity level I would want in someone that is supposed to be in charge of the crew.
Sidenote: restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Good atmosphere. Food was good (although order was incorrect). It is (not a) joke that Starbucks can't get your name right on your cup and it is a fact that Taco Bell cannot get your order right so you MUST check it before you...
Read moreIf I could do NO STARS, I would...lately every time we go, something happens...went a couple weeks ago with my kids, ordered, went and sat down to wait for them to call our number..after apx 15-20 mins, my son in law who by the way stayed at the counter area, asked about our order..He was told” you already took your order”... when he told them he hadn’t, they told him that someone else must have taken our order..not true as there was only one other couple in there and they also were waiting for theirs..finally after 10 mins. of going back and forth they made the order and proceeded to slam the tray on the counter..worst service ever.. so I thought... So we decided would give them another chance tonite..drove up to drive through, apx 4 cars in front of us (pouring rain) as why we chose drive thru, and about 5 cars in parking lot..we sat there for over 25 mins watching each car eventually leave..while sitting in line after waiting so long, I called and was told by the manager, Christopher V. That he told the drive thru person to stop taking orders and to only take lobby orders..really??? So I did ask him if the people inside where more important than all of us sitting in drive thru..He actually said lobby people came first...When we pulled up, we heard him tell the people in front of us if they wanted to order to come inside..NO SIGN, NO PERSON LETTING ANYONE KNOW THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKING DRIVE THRU ORDERS..I then hear him yelling at the guy..when we pull-up he tells us also if we want food to come inside..said his lobby was packed, which when we left and drove around..lol it wasn’t..rudest manger I have encountered in a very long time..worth the drive, will go to Longmont from now on.. Beware they also have an employee that chooses to spit into a trash can right where they are...
Read moreThe speed of service at this store is absolutely abysmal. I've had several poor experiences at this store in the past but I wanted to give them another shot. After today, I will not be returning to this store and I will strongly recommend that others avoid it.
I went through the drive through at 3:20pm. I was on my way to work but had plenty of time and was in no hurry. I purchased two orders of breadsticks and a soda. The employee informed me that it would be a 7 minute wait. This was expected as I understand that their Pizza Hut menu is made-to-order during non-peak hours. He asked me to pull around to the front of the store and my food would be brought out to me.
While waiting out front, I was the only customer. There were no other customer cars in the lot and no other cars went through the drive through. Several employees went in and out repeatedly during this time.
After waiting for TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES, I went inside to check on my order. The employee at the front counter apologized for the wait and went to check on my food. The breadsticks were still sitting in a pan on the counter in the prep area. The employee asked the kitchen staff to get them boxed up. After another five minutes of waiting, she went back and boxed them up herself. The food I received was completely cold. At this point, I was now running late for work and did not have time to go through the process of getting a refund.
In summary, I was quoted a seven minute wait on my food. After waiting for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES with no other customers in the building, I received cold food.
I really wish I could say this was a one-off experience, but this was just the final straw in a long line of awful customer experiences with this store. Please, save yourself the stress and trouble, do...
