Subway — Restaurant in Colorado

We were physically threatened by an employee after they made a mistake on our order.

We ordered door dash and ordered a "chicken bacon ranch salad". The salad arrived without ranch. Although we paid the delivery fee, we decided just to drive over because it wasn't too far. Upon arrival, the girl behind the counter 10/27 sat @1030 am, was on the phone behind the counter we had to stand and wait a few minutes for her personal conversation to wrap up.

We told her how the ranch was missing, and instead of just saying oh sorry and giving us the ranch, she started going on and on about the ranch and why she forgot it because it wasn't on the ticket (it's called chicken bacon RANCH)... at this point we just wanted to get back to our food. She asked my boyfriend if he still wanted the ranch after us saying it's okay, it's okay, we just want the dressing and he said "of bleeping course". Yes, he shouldn't have cussed but we were pretty irritated with the situation at this point and the cuss wasn't directed at her.

She says "I should throw this fuing stat you!" With the ranch packet in her hand and starts cussing at him saying he was "cussing up a storm" and then runs at us from behind the counter screaming and starts yelling into 711 down the hall that she's going to call the police on us and freaking out. It was a complete scary overreaction to someone dropping an f bomb in passing after a situation has become very frustrating. I can't believe we paid money for this sort of service and got chased out physically and threatened to have...

I will never be back to this location.

First, we were ignored when we came in and when we called out the girl that came up (Ashley) acted like we were doing something wrong by trying to order sandwiches. After finishing our order and paying we both said "thank you" and were completely ignored.

That in itself wasn't the worst part. The manager (probably the owner even... And I'm guessing the mother of the girl that made our sandwiches) was on the phone in the lobby the entire time. When I spoke up and said that employees should probably thank their patrons her exact response was "okay."

I just looked at her completely dumbfounded. That's it? So she told me "I'll talk to her for you " with an emphasis on "for you" like she is doing me a huge favor.

Here's the best part... When I walked back to point out that she didn't even thank us for our business, her exact words were "leave now or I'll call the police." All of this and I had never even raised my voice. I was completely...

We went in at 12:30 with two adults and two children. After we waited in line . They asked how any sandwiches we where getting. We said 2 foot longs 2 kids . They then told us we couldn't do that that we where only aloud 3 sandwiches. The man in front of us asked if we could do another transaction they said no. So only 3 of us could eat there and the other person had to go somewhere else. There was only one lady behind us. When I asked her why that is she said well we are short staffed and there's cleaning that needs to be done. So we got 3 sandwiches and then we went somewhere else.

The sandwiches weren't even good we asked for them to be lightly toasted and she burnt them. Asked for oil and she put vinegar asked for lite mayo and she put extra .

I will never go back to that place again. That is by far the worst subway I've...
