Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Firestone

horrible service tiny banana split I walked in no other customers in lobby six or seven employees not one employee asked to help me they just stared at me after 10 minute wait finally someone decided to help me after someone else walked in the woman who finally did decide to take my order was rude and never once apologized for the inconvenience or my long wait has me worried that this is acceptable in their eyes after she was finished taking in my order she walked around for another five minutes she said something about me to another employee they both looked at me then that employee after a minute or two would finally decided to grab my order they gave me a $7 banana split that had literally one scoop of ice cream on it I've been to other Dairy Queens they're usually much bigger I believe that this was a direct result of me complaining to the counter lady I've been to a lot of Dairy Queen's and they're usually ran pretty efficiently might I add with less people than this restaurant had and this restaurant still couldn't get it right they failed in every aspect customer service and food preparation.

P.s thanks for the corporate response that really addresses none of my concerns and offers no compensation I mean at the very least you could have offered me another banana split now I know why this restaurant is run so poorly cuz even the owner doesn't take customer complaints seriously enough to actually try to speak with the customer just a corporate Sorry bye is all I get. Had a buy one, get 1 blizzard for a celebrating birthday and they wouldn't honor the discount. I decided to buy 2 blizzards since we were there. She is 28, had her drivers licensealso to prove it was her birthday, it didn't matter. She ordered a Reese's peanut buttercup blizzard with extra peanut butter sauce and when she got it, it didn't have the peanut butter sauce which I paid extra for and so I questioned the manager, young guy and he said that's what those little specs are in. It is the Reese's peanut butter cups. I said I know it's the Reese's peanut butter cups. It doesn't have the peanut butter sauce and this is what she orders every time she goes to Dairy Queen, so she knows what it's supposed to taste like. He insisted that it had it, I told him. No, it does not have it and i paid extra for it. Can you please remake it? And he refused to remake it like I said, she orders this every time so she knows what it's supposed to taste like. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. I will discourage them from going there. I will never spend my money in that place again. It ruined the atmosphere. It ruined experience of her birthday. I am 55 and wanted to do a small little treat for my bonus daughter, it was awful. This place doesn't even deserve one star , but it makes me default to 1 star. I’ve lived in firestone for 4 years and visit this location quite frequently. For the most part service is pretty good however tonight was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. The girl that took my order in the drive thru was not helpful or friendly at all plus I felt super rushed. There were not many cars in the drive thru either. She didn’t seem to understand my order so I asked to speak with the manager and she told me she was the manager. Her name she said was Grace. I almost felt like canceling my order which I almost wish now that I would’ve. The fudge stuffed cookie I ordered for my daughter tasted like chemicals so she didnt eat it and the mocha oreo blizzard I ordered was more like a shake.
