I want to compliment and thank Kenzie, Antiwan, and Adam the true dream team! The level of professionalism, customer care attention to detail, and problem solving skills are truly off the chart and unparalleled. They truly value their customer and each others knowledge. They listen.
We originally signed up at Target through one of AT&T's representatives, the following day, weird charges kept coming through on our credit card. And every time we would call the number for customer service, we were told our account didn't exist. Incredibly frustrated, we tried to go to the Target location to resolve the matter which was unsuccessful. We ended up going to the closest store which was across 116th street. We were there for 4 hours trying to understand the charges, how the Target AT&T representative set up the accounts, why the wrong phones were being shipped and more issues. It was seriously a nightmare of issues including the Target AT&T representative creating the account under a dummy social security number, which in turn no one could get access to.
Working together Kenzie, Antiwan, and Adam finally got us into the account, and in contact with the fraud department. They were able to essentially create our new account, cancel and re-port our T-Mobile numbers.
We still had to go to an additional AT&T corporate store to complete our account set up and get credit for all of the multiple charges. What should have been a simple, exciting process of changing phone carriers and getting new phones was an absolute hot mess and frustrating experience. Had it not been for Kenzie, Antiwan, and Adam I think we would have lost our minds!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH we are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is totally 100% scam store. I strongly won't recommend this store unless you don't care about being scammed. Even manager who is Greg trains their employees to lie about data plans available or promotions to make customers to open a new account. All staffs are well trained to scam customers and very professional to deny about their misleading information or promises they had made by verbally. If I didn't record our conversations then I would be a victim without any evidence. Let me briefly explain about my story and why I gave them one star(There is no choice for a negative star rating)I switched to AT&T from Sprint and they told me that my four line will be $160 a month plus tax. On top of that I will get $250 rewards credit card because of AT&T promotions. I was to silly to believe them verbally and open a new account. In reality, my first phone bill was $420 even though I kept all my four phones. No upgrades. Also, they told to wait for 45 days to get $250 rewards. But there wasn't any rewards. So, I called the store to confirm about what they had promised but they told me that they hadn't said anything about $250 rewards. But, I recorded a person who had told me and I also have a written card which states that 45 days credit of $250. It was written by one of their employees whose name was Emily. I will defidently report it to Indiana Attorney General Consumer Complaint about this scam. Please don't sign any documents if you are unfamiliar with them. Also, don't forget to record all conversations, especially, those insincere staffs...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was very skeptical of doing a trade-in promotion on the Samsung trade in any condition any year for a free upgrade. I was assured by Jose at this location that everything was in order and would be good to go nothing to worry about so I went ahead and did the trade in. I was told to Give It 2 to 3 billing Cycles before I would see the credit and that I may have to pay the first two to three installments but they would be reimbursed to me. I have spoke with two other Representatives over the phone at AT&T also since my trade in and have been reassured by them as well that everything looked good for the trade-in just continue to wait for the 2 to 3 billing Cycles. Now I'm on my third billing cycle and I'm being told I'm only going to receive a one-time credit of $35. Every representative I spoke to including Jose in person told me my trade in qualified and the plan I had qualified. There are tons of Forums on the internet talking about how AT&T scams people on their promotions. BEWARE. I assume commissions are made and those outweigh morals...
