The food here is absolutely delicious. My wife and I discovered this place about 7 months ago. We I did technically she had been a few years before. But I digress, today I ordered online at 4:45 so I can pick up my pizza at 5:30 so that my wife and I could eat dinner before put plans. Not only was it not ready when I got there at 5:32, they hadn't even started to make my wife and my pizza. Then while I was waiting the pizza exploded in the oven and I understand that can happen if there's a bubble in the dough and can't be controlled very well. Although it exploded I was told that when the pizza exploded that they would make us a new one and give us the one that exploded. I thought this was enough compensation to be able to cover for the time I had been waiting for the pizza. But after the second pizza was finished I asked where the first pizza was and they told me that they threw it away because it had exploded, even though I was told I was going to be receiving both pizzas.
I left with the pizza at 5:54 without any compensation beside a soda for my waited time. My wife and I needed the pizza so we could eat dinner before our dog training class, but since the pizza was late being made and the second one exploded, my wife is training one of our dogs and hungry because she couldn't eat in time before it started.
Online orders really need to be prioritized here. This isn't the first time I've had to wait after my designated pick-up time.
Today there was also another guy there to pick up a door dash order and that definitely should've been done when he got there seeing as there is a customer waiting on the food and he needed to get to his next order pickup so that he can get more money!
Honestly. I don't think I will come back to this establishment and I don't think this will effect anyone else's ideal of this place but I hope that the employees of 12/11/2024 at 5:30 pm are. And can be better after tonight for everyone else online orders sake. Because this experience was absolutely ridiculous.
Edit We also had cold pizza as we had to keep it out in our car and it was not a very well cut or delicious like it usually was.

On the positive side, the pizzas are quite good. We all have our favorites and order the same thing every time. The Green Stripe is particularly good. We always order a side of Cheesy Bread which goes well with everything. Our order is always placed online and that seems to be where this location struggles. During our last visit, we did not receive our pizzas until an additional 40 minutes past the 20 minute time estimate from the app. While I waited 40 minutes for my pizza, I did observe a number of things. There seemed to be a general lack of supervision and no clear direction given to the employees. The online order printer kept printing out tickets and they were just pulled off in large chunks and set down with no concern for FIFO. If the online orders become overwhelming, it would be better if you just suspended the online function as other restaurants do until you are caught up. In addition to a lack of FIFO, there was no concern for keeping our order together. I watched our first 2 pizzas finally complete and sit for another 10 minutes before the remaining items in the order were done. There also appears to be no way that the employees can feed back to the system the time the order was actually completed (so that the system can update its time estimates). Read moreI went to the store on April 4th evening and ordered 3 pizzas. When the order was ready I noticed that they handed over the wrong pizza to me. When I pointed it out to the person at the counter, the girl changed the order paper and tried to swap with one of multiple pepperoni pizzas on the table. I was not comfortable since I wasn’t sure of the customized sauce I chose. When I was trying to explain that to the girl, a lady came out (who later claimed that it was her restaurant) and started raising her voice against me without even trying to hear why I am not comfortable. She said I have to take the pizza the girl gives me or go back in line. I asked her why I should go back in line for the mistake they made with my order. She kept arguing that I was given the right pizza and went inside. While I was ready to take the pizza that was given to me as there was no other way, the lady again came back from inside without being called for and again started arguing with me about the same incident. This time only to make it more humiliating, she said that i have to leave the restaurant. It was so humiliating in front of my family and other customers. Even though I came for Dine-in, she started packing my pizzas forcefully to make me leave. At this point I told her i don't need her pizzas and asked her to have it herself and left the restaurant with my family.
