This was the last time that I shall ever visit this location ever again due to the extreme lack of professionalism and threats that I received. When I entered Qdoba, I was greeted with a very friendly and nice young African American gentleman [whose name I did not get] who did the initial portion of my custom order very professionally. The problem arose when the order was handed to his coworker, Cameron, a young, short Caucasian male with blonde curly. In that, every time I asked for something else to be put on my bowls (salsa, lettuce, cheese, etc.) he rolled his eyes and sighed intentionally loudly so that I would hear him. Then I asked him if he had a problem with my order and if so, could he ask someone else to complete my order. To which he replied "do you want to make a problem", and as saying that he approached the counter much closer to me (almost looking like he was about to fight me). I then yelled back at him to get another worker and his supervisor here immediately in order to deescalate the situation ASAP. It was at that point that another coworker (which I failed to get the name of) who was a tall, young, dirty blonde Caucasian who listened to what the problem was while Cameron was still smirking and saying vulgar things under his breath. Then one of the other coworkers in the back brought his manager (I forgot her name) but she was a short, larger, young women with black hair who I was assuming was his supervisor and then she told me that she "can't do anything except report this to my GM". I am truly furious and somewhat bewildered that this sort of interaction can occur in a safe town like Fishers, and I implore anyone who has the misfortune of getting their order taken by Cameron to immediately ask for someone else to take their order. I still am currently awaiting any communication from both this local office and their...
Read moreIf you want a meter check of the worlds condition come to this place. Nothing but young people refusing to work. They're always out of things hours before it's time to close. Sometimes you don't even know there open because the shut off everything and pretend they're close. The sign says they don't close til 10pm and I'll come in at 7:30pm just to be told there out of everything and refuse to cook anymore. It takes over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because everyone work late shift only concern is going home. You can tell that they DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE but these very same people wants to get paid. Corporate needs to shut this place down since they don't want to be there anyway or fire everyone at night to bring in some people to actually do the job. I bet if corporate checks there night time numbers it'll speak for itself. I wish I could give this location negative stars. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.......side note once they get rid of everyone by saying there's no food hours before they close they get on the phones and DO NOTHING instead of making food to serve potential customers. I'll also post pics of this so you can see for yourself........ This 116th Street Fishers Indiana location needs some...
Read moreThis was my 1st time eating at this particular establishment and my 2nd in general. I wanted something different instead of the same old fast food restaurants. But what I got was another Chipotle 🤷 Yes, the ingredients tasted different. But they pretty much had all the same toppings. I got the steak bowl. The steak was a little chewy but edible. I also got the regular queso, pico, lettuce, "street" corn (which really isn't street corn), sour cream, and shredded cheese. The price ok. Prices are about the same as Chipotle. This is why I couldn't give them a five-star review. To me, this is highway robbery. So we all didn't want to drink pop. So, I asked them for water cups. They proceed to give these 4oz cups that have no lids available. So we asked they how much a large cup would be for water. This guy tells us it would be $3.25!!! Just for a larger cup! These cups maaaaybe cost the company $.10!! So we took the smaller cups. Now mind you, we ordered our food to go. I guess I'd recommend this place. I'll have to revisit the one closer to...
