There are so many positives about doing business at Rayman Jeweler. As soon as we walked in, both Ray and who I assumed to be his lovely wife, were incredibly friendly and personable. I had communicated with her via facebook after seeing a ring advertised on Facebook Marketplace, which is what had drawn me to this store. My soon-to-be fiancé and I were hesitant and apprehensive as we don’t normally make large purchases like this, and were afraid to be taken advantage of. Ray went out of his way to explain the leasing options and to explain the risks and benefits of each one very candidly. The ring I had originally wanted had already been sold and we didn’t have the time to wait for a new one to be made. So, after looking at so many rings (sorry again to them for putting them through my pickiness), I fell in love with a ring slightly outside of our budget. I was just going to settle for something less, but Ray offered to lower the cost so I could have the beautiful ring that I really wanted. They resized it immediately for us, in store, and we got to walk out with my beautiful dream ring. The diamonds are incredibly high quality, and the customer service is even better. I have nothing but kind words about this establishment and the owners. They were recommended by a friend of mine who had a good experience, so word of mouth really plays a role!! I had no experience in diamond shopping when my now fiancée and I began to look. The personalized atmosphere and shopper experience was head and shoulders above any other establishment that we visited within the state. You can walk in with confidence knowing they will be honest and work with your budget. I really couldn't be happier with the 12 month long experience of engagement ring shopping, to selecting a wedding band, and picking out my own ring (their men's selection is impressive).
