Sweet Serendipity, it's Atomic Planet Comics If you love Comic Books and Pop Culture, check out this new place on 96th Street east of I-69. Last week, while running errands, I got behind this incredibly slow driver and decided to take a different route than usual to get away from this car. I ended up driving by the GNC on 96th Street, and in the corner of my eye, I saw this colorful sign above the store next door. It was a brand new comic book store called Atomic Planet Comics. "Huh, that wasn't there before." I thought to myself. I decided to check it out; after all, it has been a long time since I've been in a comic book store. What a great store! The store owner, Greg, was kind, fun, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made me feel right at home as we nerded out talking about comics, movies, TV, and Legos. Read moreNice little hole in the wall if you're looking for mainstream comics or TCG. If you're looking for a place that has rare gems, I'd recommend taking a look. I managed to find some older Battle Classics, Unknown Soldier, and 2 copies of '93 Zorro. The prized comics are on the walls or the case though.
They also have a local comic book creator, a limited manga selection, board games, legos, and some collectables.
I have a feeling that this store will continue to find success on comics and cards alone, but I'm hopeful that the manga selection will...

I was also looking at couple old spiderman comics I wanted to buy and he provided me a lot of insight on them.
