Village Pantry — Local services in Fishers

Love this location normally but a man saying he was the third shift assistant manager was very rude, grabbed my ID out of my hand and then kept yelling at me that it was an accident when I asked him to just verbalize that he needs to take it from me since most places do not. He continued to harass me about it and tried to get me to accept his apology and held me at the register longer than necessary. Tried to give me the wrong change without just saying something and got mad when I asked for the change the way I’d given him the money. I’ll be finding a different time to visit to avoid this man. Not a good assistant manager if this is how he interacts with the public. Refused to give me a way to contact anyone so I’m looking for the number and figured I’d make the review in the meantime. I am going to the village pantry in fishers For a long time now up until today the staff was always wonderful very polite very customer oriented. That all changed today with Blake behind the counter. I have never been belittled and treat it as I was by him. When I asked to talk to a manager he first told me he will be they want to team to be the manager but he is going for a different job in 14 days and he’s making more than $15 then. Not that I particularly care but one thing is for sure If this punk kid is staying at that Village pantry I will never set a foot in that place again. I really feel bad for anybody that hires him. Worst customer service ever. Majority of staff is rude to the customers. They sit on their phones, talk on their cell phones while "assisting" customers and always act like it's an inconvenience for them to do their jobs. Some new girl today gave me attitude for trying to help her find the specific boxes of cigarettes I wanted. Overall this is the worst customer service I have ever seen from a gas station employee.
