Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Fishers

I got to treat myself and come here. Took forever for my food to come because the kids,yes it’s about all kids working here we’re on their phones the whole time, who knows how sanitary the food is, we all know many people use their phones in the restrooms as well as by the food... gross. The cashier was wearing her hood the whole time I didn’t even think she worked here at first because of it. Seems like they hired a manager that would rather fit in then be the role leader for the employees from my observations.Unfortunately Im very observant and notice a lot. I've been coming to this location since August of 2023 and everything has been amazing until the beginning of this year (2024) when all the old staff either quit or was replaced. Since I've been seeing new staff, the quality of the food and state of the restaurant has gone down significantly. I order the same thing every time, classic Wisconsin Mac, and around the time they started advertising the "50% chesseier" campaign I've seen the Mac come dryer every single time. So much so that I felt the need to write a review. Today, the Mac is so dry that you can taste the water they boiled the noddles in more than the cheese sauce itself. I eat at this location 3 times a week. I usually call in and take out spending 30 dollars or more everytime that is until i ate in tonight the bowl was broke had a big chunk out of it then an employee came in with his phone volume loud playing vulgar music with a cigarette in his mouth while walking back to where the food was being prepared. I will never eat at this location again and if this is how this company is every location i understand why so many is getting shut down.
