We literally spent 8 hours Saturday before last shopping all over Indy, and this place made me so mad. They say that they price things significantly lower because they order in bulk and don't have a storefront for the demo couches. What is there is what they have. Then I see their ad on fb and they say they have sectionals from like $800-$2900 (or something like that, I'm not going back to find the ad). There wasn't a single sectional in the whole store that was less than $1950. I messaged for an appointment early and when they messaged us back (several hours later, but to be fair, mayne an hour after opening), we left ashley furniture and a deal we were about to close to go look here first.
We found the exact same one that we were looking at at Ashley, but didnt reveal that. After haggling, they dropped it down a couple hundred and said that they couldnt go any lower hecause they were already at a $0 profit by dropped "that low", and were giving me the price they bought it at, from the factory, in bulk. No busines would readily do that. Plus, it was still about $700 more than what Ashley had originally had theirs priced at, let alone what the dropped down to and offered us before we left. We said we needed to do some research and left to get lunch (it was nearly 3pm amd we had yet to eat due to all the shopping, and we just needed to regroup and figure out next steps). I ended up online on ashleys site again. I reached back out with screenshots of the ashley couch at its original price THERE (their business line/sales person there has a phone that accepts texts, which is how they originally reached out to us). They completely ignored us. They didnt attempt to explain or anything. Jusy ended things. I feel thats super shady.
Then today I see an ad pop up on facebook and thought, heck, I'll comment and see if they'll reach out or if their business practices really are that shady. I posted about my issue with them and I screenshot my comment. I'm glad I did because less than 5 minutes later it was deleted. Read moreEdited to add 7/19/24 : it’s been 3 weeks since the owner commented on my review. I gave some extra time due to the holiday, but I have not received 1 message or phone call— even though Cliff stated he’d reach out to me with an update. I submitted pictures as requested originally for them to submit to the warranty company. The first time I reached out with our defective mattress issues they was on May 28. Today marks almost 3 months, at this point I have no hope this will be resolved. Learn from my mistake and maybe buy from somewhere with a 90 day guarantee or your money back because the ‘10 year warranty’ isn’t going to do anything when your product is defective. We thought maybe we’d save money and support a smaller business, but regret not just paying extra somewhere else.
Purchased a mattress from here March 2024. Within 60 days the spots my husband and I sleep were both sagging. I reached out to the company to see what our options were because there’s no reason a mattress should be having these problems so soon. We were told the brand we purchased has a 10 year manufacture warranty and I’d just need to take some pictures, give some information, and they’d submit it. Great. Well, comes back that basically our mattress isn’t defective enough for them to consider it/replace it. I’ve explained multiple times how bad the spots are and it’s literally like lying in holes. I asked if someone could come look at it or just something to get a better idea of the issue. Cliff had mentioned maybe the mattress is too soft for our liking, but it’s absolutely not the problem. There is a very clear difference of comfort and support from the middle of the bed, where nobody sleeps, and the spots on each side where we sleep. We’re out over $800 and stuck with an awful mattress. Every day we wake up in so much pain.

Read moreI'm not sure where to start... my wife went here to shop for new furniture for our house while I was working. She met with Cliff (by appointment only) and I trust her to make great decisions... she came home with a new sectional and queen mattress that my whole family loves. I went in the store today because another furniture store had a chair I picked out on backorder 3 times (at 4-6wk delayed intervals!), and I found a chair I liked immediately, I asked him about the price (Cliff) and my jaw dropped! I thought i was being punked. The store is packed full so don't let the looks deceive you, they have low overhead but they move furniture as fast as they get it in. It's truly nice to see a business with intelligent leadership... quality over quantity and prices nobody else can compete with. He ALSO completely dropped the delivery charge for my wife when she got the sectional and mattress. That's $200-300 at ANY store. Plan on making purchases for multiple pieces of furniture. They have great sales people, low overhead and enjoy networking... because they know you will be back! We plan on going back for a few other items. Don't waste your time anywhere else honestly.
