I was pleased to start with. I ordered 2 recliners, good quality and good price. Was told by salesman and by lady at the order desk it would be 3 to 4 weeks to get them in. After 5 weeks, I called talked to orginal salesman, who said "they" should have told you 6 weeks. After 6 weeks i called again was told they will be here on Feb 28, that came and went. I called again on March 3.was told by Barnett and Brown employee that it would be shipped from Catnapper on March 9, and it could take up to 10 days. Ok so today i get a messsage that my recliner is in, I called back and say I ordered 2 recliners, are they both in? Oh yes they are both here you can pick them up anytime before 5. We rushed over to Florence, 46 miles away, only to find out, only 1 chair was in, the other was on back order. I will not be shopping at Barrnett and...

The headboard I had delivered was done so by two young gentlemen who showed up without hardware. They went to Lowe’s to get hardware which wasn’t right so they actually sat outside and tried to grind down the heads of the screws on my sidewalk so they would fit into the drill. The headboard was put onto the frame so unevenly that all four feet of the frame didn’t even touch the floor. I called and they returned to fix it. I called three days later because my headboard was loose and I was told they couldn’t help me because it needed to be mounted into the wall. I live in an apt and can’t do that and was never told when I purchased that that was necessary. Bought Bench craft a couch, over sized ottoman and a Ashley dining room set. Couch broke the very first day called to get it repaired and the acted like it was out fault. We were sitting on it watching a move and heard a loud pop. Took 4 months to get someone to fix and it was broken again in no time. The dining set is a distressed farm table. It has gouge marks on it for looks. After 2 months it bucked up where our glasses had sweated on the table. They replaced the table for us. Second table same thing. I asked if I could bring the set back and get a different set.... they said NO they would replace with the same table. NO THANKS! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY...
