FLORENCE SQUARE — Local services in Florence

We went to Lil Capones Italian restaurant which is located in this shopping center. It's a short drive for most of the people who all went for a college graduation dinner for my niece, so we had 13 or 14 people to seat. We didn't have to wait very long for them to prepare a space for all of us, the service was prompt and efficient, and the food was good, but a little too salty and garlicky for my taste. Still, the portions were generous enough that many of us had to get "go boxes " to take home. Be aware that if you're with a group of 8 or more, an automatic gratuity will be added in. I didn't notice that until I'd already paid and added an additional gratuity, but I let it go since I figured they earned it with as many as we had...

This shopping square/ "strip mall" has all you need in one handy location. Youve got your discount clothing outlets like factory connection and tjmaxx, your stores like Tuesday Morning, but also youve for a variety of places to eat to choose from, youve got cicis budget, but in all honesty its not worth the money. One word-nasty. This one needs a massive overhaul change. But aside from that youve got a great china buffet, and even an h&r block to file your taxes so you can file your taxes and spend your refund all in one...

What a filthy place! The garbage out front on the sidewalk and in the parking areas reminded me more of the city landfill than a shopping center. The whole place is in need of a make over. No wonder Kmart went out of business. Would not surprise me to see other businesses abandon ship in the future. I had the misfortune of speaking with a horrid man who is the property manager.
