T.J. Maxx — Local services in Florence

Great place to shop and great prices. I Bought my favorite cologne here recently. While there, I Was surprised to see how clean the store was upon arriving first thing, and the bathrooms was even surprisingly clean, and stocked. I passed a lady (I believe her name was Kelsey) coming out of what looked like the janitorial closet on my way out and asked her if she was the one who done the cleaning amongst the store, she told me politely "yes sir, most of the time" but she had only been there for a couple of weeks. I told her she was doing a fantastic job, and i had not seen the store so well kept in all my years of coming to TJM. Keep up the good work guys. Definitely Seems as if TJMAXX is stepping up it's hiring game and...

Came in today with my kids and mom to do some shopping. Alot of stuff was not priced and when we went to the front with 2 items without price tags it was like we did something wrong. The manager with red hair and tats (didn't get her name) didn't smile or greet us nothing just grab outfits and made us wait 15 mins for prices. Once we got price she again never gave customer service it was like we were a bother to her. I hope she finds happiness somewhere because tj Maxx is not where it is at..

Great place to shop when you are in need of essentials at fair prices. I like going here for kitchen items and home decor. They have great deals on candles. Also great for gift shopping. The really good thing about TJ Maxx is they rotate items constantly so you're not always seeing the same things every time you go. This could also be a bad thing because you can't wait if you find something you like - you should buy it then because it may be gone the next time...
