Stay away from this place. Went in today to get a birthday cake and our 6 year old grandson wanted a shake. We ordered and while waiting, the manager comes in from outside and yells to the back at another employee and says, "there's some woman out here that wants to throw down with you", well, all employees went out into the parking lot to yell at and threaten an older disabled woman, who was on a cane. Customers were left standing around, not being waited on. We had already paid or we would have immediately left. The manager just kept running around yelling for the doors to be locked, very unprofessional for sure, there was a man and woman in the restaurant, cooking and waiting on customer, who didn't even work there and they had a baby with them, behind the counter and in the kitchen. Eventually these employees finished threatening a disabled customer and came back in, we told them to give us the cake we paid for, that we didn't need anything written on it, we just wanted to get out of that place. The entire thing was because the lady came back and told them she didn't get the food she paid for and they refused to replace the food because she didn't have a receipt, well guess what, they never gave us a receipt either. The doors on this establishment should be locked until there is a new manager and all new employees. This was a dangerous situation, created by the manager. Will never go back and recommend for others to stay away! Just wish I could give them an honest review, it would be a -20. Any positive reviews are employees...
Read moreIt was apparent that the store appeared to be short staffed, but at the time that I was there there were only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. The drive thru employee (appeared to be a manager based on the clothing) was an older white female. She wasn’t rude, but she appeared to be overwhelmed or frustrated. She didn’t greet me, but she had my son’s ice cream sundae prepared. I asked for a lid to cover his sundae considering we had a ride home and he’s 4 years old. She appeared to have had an attitude because of my request- she removed the spoon from the sundae and discarded it. Then, she grabbed a lid to cover the sundae, which was already dripping, and she grabbed a spoon with her bare hands and hand it to me with the handle end towards me. I overlooked it considering I had more spoons in my car. Then, she disappeared to go make my son’s burger. I watched her make the food without any gloves, AFTER TOUCHING MY CARD AND HANDLING OTHER’S MONEY, CARDS, and ORDERS. It appeared as if she warmed up the patty and cheese, which obviously isn’t fresh. At approximately 20:02, a younger white female employee, was scratching her lower back/top buttock while walking from the ice cream machines to the front register. She had just made ice cream treats for other guests. I do understand the frustration that comes with being short staffed and have experienced it first hand as an employee, but the filth and unsanitary behaviors are very concerning and doesn’t appear to have anything to do with being...
